I know this is not universal, but in general I would categorise:

Dusseldorf / general NRW prices as €50 first half hour, €25 second half hour, €25 most extras excepting anal.

Cologne prices as €50 first and every half hour, €25 most extras etc.

I'm stumped. I've never been to a club in Cologne that charged 50 for every half hour and then 25 for cim. Never. Can you tell me what clubs in Cologne do this? Or are you trying to come up with a term to describe what some girls at GT might try to charge?

Here's what I know:

Samya is 50+25 for an hour. 25 for cim.

Bernds is 50+50 with cim free.

PSR. Never been there, don't plan on going anytime soon.

Planet. Never been there, plan on trying it out. Expect to pay 50+50 since its owned by the World crue.

Finca. 50+50 and 50 for cim. 100 for anal.

Babylon. Never been there but heard its 50+50, not sure about cim or anal.

Some forum's have poll functions. This would be an interesting poll to see how many guys out there would pay 50 for the second half hour if the girl told them after the fact that she charged 50 instead of 25 (if your at a club that normally only charges 25 for the second half hour). How many would take it to the front desk, how many would exchange the 25 for a 50.

I would beg to differ on your description of Koln FKK price point as being between DUS and Hessen. I buy the geography part but not the pricing scheme! Koln prices are the same as DUS FKK, e. G. 50+25 then 50+25 per additional hour. That's the standard at Samya and PSR. There are some exceptions at GT and VV where a few girls who know they are in high demand ask for 100 / hr but that is in principle against house rules.

Sorry, I should have been explicit. I have used the phrase "Cologne prices" in a number of reports, including for PSR, and Planet. In my view Cologne tends to have a price point between Dusseldorf and Hessen, as follows.
