Went there yesterday. I arrived about 13:30 and was about the 5th person there. I would guess about 8 girls were already there. People came and went all day and it got really busy around 17:00. There were almost always some girls waiting.

Not to go over old ground, but I did see a very marked difference in the bar staff before a shift change - about 6-7 pm ? upstairs. Before that time the lady was very nice. The lady after till close was quite shrill and abrupt with both girls and guests. Couch and room service throughout was superb.

I could not give you a response on your question yesterday but I can't resist writing a comment. The reason I didn't do it yesterday is that I spent the day at Bernds...

Most about looks and services is already said by Excess and Jackyo. Looks are so personal, but I can only agree that you see more 10s at other clubs. The difference with Bernds is that you can be sure to get service at the level 9-10 every time.

Tuesday was a very slow day at the club. It was explained by a school holliday this week in Germany. A slow day gives more time with the girls and no queing for a room, so from my perspective it was a great day.

Whatever you do, go and visit the club. Toscana is perfectly right about the look of the club itself and the service you don't get with the wrong woman behind the bar. I'm there for the service I get in the room, and that one is unbeatable.

I just noticed that there are several complaints about the line-up last Friday on the Roemerforum. It's clearly been like this for several days now, and people are getting a bit fed up. Some guys are now deserting Bernd's for Dierdorf, which is only 40kms down the A3.

Ortos: you are right, you've got to try it. Even if you only get a couple of numbers, and zip off up to Sudbad or down to Dierdorf, it'll still make a decent day.

Ich selbst bin das letzte Mal vergangenen Freitag vor Ort gewesen (Bericht folgt morgen); es war tatsächlich relativ ruhig, aber das kommt schonmal vor -zumal sich das "ruhig" auf die Anzahl der dreibeinigen Mitstreiter bezieht und nicht die quantitative Anwesenheit der Mädels!

Aber das ist mal wieder typisch deutsch! Wenn das Essen lecker und reichhaltig, der Wein wohl temperiert sowie der Kellner nett und zuvorkommend sind, dann wird gemäkelt, dass die Farbe der Tischdecke nicht zu der des Klopapiers passt oder der Gast am Nebentisch unrasiert ist!

Wenn man das Negative sucht, dann muss man nur lange genug suchen, um es zu finden!

And then he goes into a discussion of how typically German it is to complain (this is very true, by the way - they are the toughest critics of their own clubs). If one looks for something negative to say, one does not have to look very hard to find it, he says.

Samson hat un eingeschränkt recht, so ist die deutsche Mentalität. Wer kein Problem hat, taugt nicht für diese Welt. Also wird so lange gesucht, bis eines gefunden ist. Ich freue mich jedenfalls auch mal über einen ruhigeren Tag im Hof und fahre dafür Meilenweit. Auch wenn mal einige Mädels weniger da sind, einen Flop habe ich dort noch nicht erlebt. Was hilft es mir, wenn 40 oder 50 Gretels anwesend sind, aber bei jeder 2. die Gefahr eines Flops besteht.

Witzbold jumps in and says that yes, it certainly is the German mentality to be so critical. He then says that he has never had a bad experience here een when there haven't been very many women present and that it makes no sense to visit a club where there are 40 or 60 women but you run the risk of having a bad experience with every other woman.

Thanks, mates, for responding so quickly and specifically to my question about the looks of the Bernd's line-up.

As anybody even moderately experienced in FKKing will himself conclude: raw hot looks is not the only quality we look for. And both of you make this point.

I think Jackyo is right: got go check it out and be seduced by the raw sexappeal rather than just plain good looks. The attitude with which certain acts that happen during a good session are far more important, for me, than just straight looks of the session partner. And this seems to be a main part of the Bernd's experience.

For what it is worth - the Bernd's line-up as I saw it.

Out of 12-14 girls using my own (biased) measure.

4 girls in the 7-8 class

5 girls in the 6 class

3-4 girls in the 5 class. ( 2, shall we say in the much more mature class)

Service levels - 9-10 which is really along with the ambience makes the place for me.

Off topic - for Ortos. I owe a report on Cyprus and in particular your question on Imparator plus 4 other locations. I have done the research and hopefully can get a lengthy report written sometime. Short answer on Imparator - for the first time in my life, I actually fled from a place - a disaster. Later.

If you are motivated strictly by the women's Optik, keep away.

If you are looking for service-oriented exhibitionistic women who work on the tease factor, know how to please men, take their time, like to build relationships and focus on interactions, then do go and visit.

Take my word for it, you will be satisfied.

If you are looking for a 10 who does not put her heart and soul into her work, look elsewhere.

I have to admit that when I first visited this place I couldn't understand the appeal but over time have come to realize that the consistency and quality of service at this place plus the loose athmosphere isn't duplicated anywhere.

Its long departed sister club, Sankt Augustine Meindorf, was even better though.

(Actually I am glad that there are negative reports lately about this place, he he... this should keep the traffic down and make it easier to book the women here who are Dauerbelegt. This plays right into the hands of those who us who are fans. :-) )

Toscana, Thanks for your long and articulate essay. I am a frequent visitor to Frankfurt clubs and very occassional to NWR clubs, but lately I am planning my return journey to FKKs --after a 6 month lay-off-- so I have been giving serious consideration to driving up from Frankfurt to try Bernd's.

However, I am a bit concerned that I might make the trip and find exactly what you Toscana are warning about: A selection of girls that is not very good looking when compared to other mainstream FKKs.

So can anybody else weigh in here about the looks of these Bernd's girls? I know beauty is in the eye of the beholder, etc., do other of you guys who visit Bernd's agree that the looks of the girls is not so high?

Just wondering for other voices here, not that I at all distrust or disrespect such a stalwart reporter as Toscana. Far from it really....

ok, just transferred over from the other fkks thread, because the discussion there was moving more towards bernd’s. that’s better.

perhaps i should qualify my comments.

i am an irregular visitor to bernd’s, and i have not reported on it. the danger of its being overrun is real.

my opinion is that the price is high. they get away with it, so it is obviously right. good business judgement. but i compare it with world or oase (lower) with their magnificent facilities, especially in the summer, or with artemis (same price), in fact with almost anywhere else, and for me the price is high. the place is small, even claustrophobic, the carpets old and worn in places, the changing areas poky, ditto the sauna, they call it atmosphere. i was served old coffee out of a thermos flask, and at the upstairs bar i three times (repeat: three) walked away having received no service because the dame had better things to do like chatting to another guest. i know, i know, toscana doesn’t know how to relax and take things slowly in this countryside idyll. to their credit on two occasions a girl saw what happened and brought a drink over to where i was sitting. ok, that was exceptional, and wouldn’t generally happen. however, i was there for eight hours, and if you deduct four hours for four sessions with couch action and showers etc. from that, i still have four hours to while away. i was bored silly to be honest, despite talking to other guests a while. nowhere to go. significantly perhaps, i saw two american first-timers enter mid-afternoon, and then never saw them again. they and several others pissed off quite quickly. imho not much for my eur 70.

(well i wasn‘t quite bored silly, because last friday i was diverted by one older guest, whose cock, when erect, was the longest i have ever seen. ever. porn movies, real life, ever. i won’t describe it in any great detail, because you may get the wrong impression, but i was fascinated, i tell you. real, live, right in front of my eyes on the sofa next to me, scraping at the low ceiling…. you could almost see the girls rolling their eyes at each other when he walked in, as if to say “your turn today”!)

having bitched on about that too long (the club, not the cock), i must state that i did not have a mediocre time. all i was saying was that i thought the selection on that friday (their busiest day) was mediocre. there were some absences, notably brandy. to answer everhard’s question i would say there was only one eight there (princess). most are in the range 5-7. three or four were below 5. in many cases, the face was fine, but the body overweight, or the body was great, but the face like a vw bus. just my opinion, but if i am paying i want looks better than in my private sphere, as well as service, and i was struggling a little.

when i did go to the room, i had a great time. service just wonderful, far from mediocre. it’s always like that, and the locals come back week after week. the attitude of most of the girls is exemplary. they also know: one complaint, and they are out. punto. i wish they had that discipline at other clubs.

i’ll be honest: i go to bernd’s when i want a good snog. on friday, three of the girls i went with (anna, princess and jenny) kissed like there was no tomorrow and like i was johnny depp, ho-ho! guess i’ll be returning soon to receive my spanking too, as promised by wan king. shudder, shudder, the anticipation is just killing me.

If you think Bernds is loose, Sankt Augustine-Meindorf was even looser.

Aside from one of the current Bernds Thekenfrauen (I don't know her name but she is the petite one with the nice firm calves), the only other member of the current Bernds cast who was at SAM is Katja.

So what’s the downside?

Through the pulling power of ISG and its reports, I would give Bernd’s 6-9 months maximum before there is a crisis.

Don’t get me wrong, in my opinion every ISG member should experience Bernd’s and its unique atmosphere, I hope that they do and I am afraid that many of them will.

Bernd’s cannot stand up to a lot of visitors. It is too small and when the rooms are full for hours on end – it does become much too small. As well, it is a very local and german club, with locals from near and further afield who use it as a well worn and comfortable pub and meeting place. They will become upset and I fear unfriendly if a lot of “outsiders” fill the place up every day and they have to wait for a room and girl, the place is overcrowded, and few of the visitors speak German.

THis is why I was hesitant to post the relative easy way to travel to Bend's by public transportation from FRA. Worried about the great multi-national horny horde descending on this relatively isolated paradise.

Bottom line must keep posting on this and other places. I've learned too much from these threads that has both kept me from some bad experiences and saved me money. I would never have found Bernd's without the thread and reports from you and other members.
