I went to Bernd's once and had very poor, rushed service, so I doubt that it is an ethnicity factor.

I visited Bernd's in pre covid tme as my wish to see and enjoy the first FKK cub. I travelled from Cologne to Hennef by train and from Hennef to Lichtenberg by bus. My trip was smooth using Google and some of the ISG members tips. I had a nice homely time there. Talking with all girls in the reception area and in the bar area and having some fun openly in the sofa opposite to the bar counter with Angie. He he. The interesting part was the paying of damages together at the counter before leaving the sauna. That was homely. Most of the ladies are regulars, they told me that way and I felt it so too. Will definitely visit in my March trip. I don't bother or carry the feeling of my skin colour in my mind, a warm smile can cover all. I think so. Otherwise it is not my problem. He he.

I know Bernd's is known for its exceptional service, but hear me out. Just to give a background of myself, I am a fairly regular visitor to Bernd's and know like everything in life, each one's mileage may wary, but I did not expect such a bad service. I am non-Caucasian so the service might be due to that, but in the past Angie, Cleo and Mara gave exceptional service with a smiling face. Now I was greeted with derision and contempt, and the ladies who I went with showed attitude and had no smile. Usually you can expect GFE without asking. Now even after asking they don't provide that. May be I should be grateful that they let a non-Caucasian in? I don't know.

You travel thousands of miles just to experience exceptional service, but if this is the service I'm getting, I might as well go to Bourbon Street which is pretty close to where I live. Looking forward to hear others' options / criticism to my comment.

No, this will not fly. The management strictly forbids any contacts outside the club premises.

Not unusual but prepare to be very discreet. Usually private number exchange happens in Zimmer or otherwise hidden from public eye. The girl can be terminated if the management catches the deed.
