I was planning to go to Bernd's this Friday, the only day I'm free to go on this trip. Now I see it's the day of the Christmas Party. Has anyone been to one of these? It's a small place and I fear that it will be overly crowded and a generally less sexy experience than usual.

Right, sorry for the mistake but being around usually over the weekends I am used to consider Friday and Saturday as a sole thing!

Bernds is closed Saturday and Sunday and every official festivity / bank holiday.

Yes, one of my other bad experiences was showing up on a Saturday after a trans-Atlantic flight. I went there straightaway without checking their hours thinking, of course they must be open on a Saturday.

Yes, particularly over the week at around 10pm most of the girls, particularly some of the best like Mara, Magda, Anna, Susi, etc have already left or are by far too tired to be interested in one more customer, as Leonie clearly showed.

Bernds is a club where to go during the day, only Friday and Saturday, if some alcool flew, you can still find something good after 10pm.

For me, when I go there after 10pm is the time for relaxing and chatting and drinking a bit with the few girls left.

What an awful story! Sorry about that! I've only been to Bernd's once and it was pretty great. Of course I got there much earlier, more like late afternoon. I'm wondering if your one good visit was significantly earlier than the others. In my experience the girls who leave the earliest are typically the better ones who make good money and don't feel as if they have to stay to make their rent.

I showed up around 10:15 on a Tuesday night and at that point most of the girls had gone home. Bernds was down to about 4 girls working. They've done a lot of good, but I've really only had one good experience there-one of the best I've had in my life, in fact. However, every other time it has been unsatisfying, disappointing, even frustrating. They have their locals and regulars, it is off the beaten path and as other FKKs have risen and fallen, they have remained steady. They don't seem all that interested in the tourist trade, which keeps its charm. However, after this most recent experience, I will not go out of my way to visit again.
