Yes more sex by all means, but don't kid yourself that more exercise is going to make someone lose 20 Kg. quickly. Don't eat white rice, potato, french fries, (or any high glycaemic high starch type foods). If eating grain type foods, make it whole grain and not too much. Cooked rolled oats for breakfast are good. I don't eat much bread, noodles, pasta, pizza, wheat or rice, etc. Conservative amounts are okay.

Patience. It may take 10 months to lose the 20 Kgs. In a healthy way.

Eat plenty of green vegs, salad, non-starchy vegs, fish, meats (not too large). If want dessert, make it yourself, e. G. Very low sugar yogurt with fresh fruit added like strawberries, raspberries, etc.

Eat rather conservative sized meals. Total food quantity does matter. Simply once you are not eating enough carbohydrates to cover your full energy needs, the body must start gradually utilising the fat stores, and you will lose weight. Lots of extra exercise is not really necessary. Its easier to just not eat the bad stuff. When you reach your target, you can start to add a little more carbohydrates back, but realise it is your new eating regime for life. In the end you can be in good trimmer shape than 95% of FKK customers (apart from the ones that have always been skinny) and look younger. Weigh yourself regularly, like every morning before breakfast. Allow for variation up and down but should lose at least 1 Kg. In the first week, once your eating behaviour is good.

Your sex experience will improve a lot and you don't have to huff and puff after extended sex.
