I had a weekend in Frankfurt a couple of weeks ago and decided to have the FKK experience (a first time for me). I tried Oase on Saturday evening and Palace on Sunday afternoon. I won't go into details on the layout or the girls I met (4 in each but can't really remember the names so it would be pointless). As an overall impression, I wasn't too fond of the decorations at Oase, this mix of Roman make believe and grotto paintings was just not to my taste and the rooms all lacked style. However the outside pool must be great in the summer. I found the decorations in the Palace a lot more to my taste, with a lot of different atmospheres, no stairs to climb everywhere, very nice large rooms with great decoration, pity there is no outdoor area or decent pool. The food at the Palace was also a lot better. In terms of atmosphere, comparisons will be difficult: I was at Oase on a Saturday evening and I arrived at the Palace on a Sunday morning (second customer in the house - needless to say it was a slow start) but overall a good mix of pretty and less pretty girls in both as well as of pushy and less pushy girls in both.

Overall, I would repeat Palace in the winter and would definitely lke to try Oase in the summer (for the pool).

I've come around to thinking that the tourists should visit clubs on the beaten path and stay there.

There will come a time when the locals will want to have their own clubs separate from those of the tourists in order to keep price inflation at bay and preserve the service ethic which characterizes a good club.
