It will be around 50 e from downtown Frankfurt to Oase or you can take s5 to the end (Friedrichsdolf) and take cab for 10 e. Or Walk 40 min on google map if the weather is nice.

IMO it's rare to be offered even though it does happen. The number that will accept it but not advertise that is higher. 50€ is the cost.

You are wrong I heard several times in Oase and Shark the staff clearly explaining to the new girls that they have to do BJ without, it is a strong tool to bit the other clubs which are promoting CBJ.

I hate competing for girls at Sharks to "complete" as you describe. There seems to be a queue of guys wanting the brand names like Helen, Mandy and Evita at Sharks.
