Let me begin with a huge thank-you for all the information posted here. I'm new to the ISG forums but have been doing my research for Frankfurt Fkks. I stay in near the Messe, so was initially thinking of trying Palace, but the information given thus far seems to point to Oase as the best place for a 'virgin' experience.

09:43 I jog from the arrivals section of HHN and run to the other side of the terminal to the bus depot. I see the 09:45 blue Bohr Ommibusse Frankfurt Hbf waiting at the ticket booth. I catch the eye of the bus driver who is about to depart. I quickly hand over €20 for a €12 one way ticket from HHN to Frankfurt Hbf and collect my €8 change and then board the bus. I find that the bus is packed but there is several seats free. The Bus from HHN to Frankfurt is 1 hour 45 minute ride one way and costs €12 so a return is €24 as I did not see any discount for buying return tickets.

Mercure hotel provides a good standard room in a relatively quiet part of town. It has its own free car park so if you have a hire car there is no need to worry where you need to leave it.

I usually book the Mercure Hotel bad Homburg Friedrichsdorf in advance for €39 a night but this time I did not book until a week to go.

The closest hotel to Oase is at 1.5km (Katharinenhof Ober-Erlenbacher Strasse 16 61352 Ober-Erlenbach, HESSEN 06172-4000) but there is also Pension Wall in Burgholzhausen.

The taxi driver then insists I pay him €10 as well for the ride. I say no as he quoted €10 and he has been paid €10. It is one fare not two fares. The taxi driver gets really angry and then the Japanese guy hears what is going on and asks me for €5 share of the fare. I hand over €5 to the Japanese guy and say that is it and walk to my hotel.

First time in Oase on Saturday the 26th.

Yes, I agree that one must get in quick if they wish to eat at Oase unless they are happy to order in food or get a pass out to have dinner in Bad Homburg or in Frankfurt city. The queues can be slow moving. Compare also Goldentime where a queue begins to form up nearly 30 minutes before food is served at 6pm. It is mainly girls and when the girls form up so do the punters to get in with the girls on a break. Funny.

I find I do not want (as oppose to need) to eat when I am in FKK mode as I find food slows me down. I become lethargic after food and given my non fit state I need all the energy that I can devote to ensure I finish a session successfully.
