bc has to be the most harmless poster i have seen, because he provides 95% factual information (only a little opinion thrown in) that need not be disputed.

bc has decided (for now at least) to hang up his spurs and enjoy a more care-free existance. and good luck to him in this excellent endeavour.

it is not true to say that bc was pushed off this board because i know the chap is tough enough to weather any such attempts, even though he has been on the receiving end of the most childish (and not so childish) behaviour for nearly two years. the decision is as much for personal reasons as anything else. i for one do not intend to comment further on the matter (unless provoked). i have expressed my anger because it is my oppinion that no senior member of calibre should have to endure constant criticism. that applies as much to ortos, to hessen bub, to perhaps yourself or even dedalus as well as basketcase. it is up to others to express their oppinion on the matter, to offer support or not. thank you for your support. i (and others) will look on with interest to see the exciting improvements which will inevitably now follow. i note that we are now to be updated on the prenouncments of a certain cool morris (sounds a little effeminate!). there will now be ample opportunity for the ex-disgruntled and now happy crew to offer response to all the newbie questions (such as, "how do i get to oase by train? etc) and receive great kudos, i'm sure, for responding to such inane queries. however, the kudos that will be gained for answering newbie questions will inevitably not compensate for the loss of trust and respect from their senior member peers who understand the sinister nature of what was attempted. a number of events which have transpired over the course of the past two years have damaged this section of the isg board. a number of members have suffered because of these events and this is regrettable. it is not good when senior members clash either publicly or in an underhanded manner and it would be better if moderation prevented this from happening. no one involved is blameless, not even myself and it would be far preferable if no dissaggreements had ever existed. perhaps it is now best to return this thread to the topic to which it was intended.

Can't agree more, I miss Jackyo's Input on this forum. Its just too bad people had to pick on Jackyo, he provided alot of insight into the smaller red carpet clubs. Jackyo Did on occasion fail to translate information he frequently searched for so as to pass onto us here at the ISG. Too bad certain members at the time felt it necessary to attack Jackyo. Jackyo Had over 10 years of experience which to this day is sorely missed by many posters. And even though we all posses the power to start a non-fkk thread begging for Jackyo's Return, we all know deep down that this just wouldn't be the right thing to do. One day Jackyo Might return to this board if he so desires, but until then we shall have to carry on in Jackyo's Behalf.

I mean, it's too much of a cosmic coincidental thing that both were impactfull, top-calibre posters who had major influence on this board. Both were then dumped on and eventually evaporated into ISG martyrdom. And, let's not forget this: That as the one disappeared (JackyO), the other newcommer (LBC, then) burst onto the scene! I tell you, I'm on to something...

It's all so sad, yet we'll see it repeated, I'm sure, in the very near future. But don't worry, dear brothers, the Messiah Will Come Again. I know it! Just look at FKKNomad's brilliant post below, where he reconstructs an almost genuine BC-type list.

But one has to wonder why Basketcase was not allowed to post in peace here, for the enjoyment of all ISG Members who avidly read his excellent reports. There has been a campaign against Basketcase which has ran for many many months (probably close to two years) by a group of ISG members. A more overt attack is exemplified by Breadman's recent post below. As far as thin skinned is concerned, I would say that Basketcase has never once complained about anything that has been done or said and has just simply decided to leave the board. I would suggest that the thin skinned people are those who have waged this campaign for months!
