Yes, there are arrangements by clubs to provide for their migrant workers since as you may see from the line up nationalities there are few local girls working in the club.

If you look at the second level above the club itself you can see the dormitory bedrooms which the girls share. The girls access these shared dormitories from the door in reception with the picture of the full naked brown haired women that is leaning back with her hair streaming down her back.

The daily rate is 10 euro a night and there are expectations that the girls work the club at certain times (e.g. roused for 10 am start for some). There is no contract per se as I understand it.
