Apparently the original owner is back, which is a huge relief, as the place can get it's cool vibe back, the question is when.

B) Palast is not open for it's best season which is April / May and I cannot plan for that.

C) The best girls from Palast are now at Oase, but also doing short contrasts in Switzerland to keep their options open.

The Rashina lady I met at both locations is apparently based in Bregenz, and booked out for her next two weeks at her home base with private work.

It does make you wonder whether the FKK resorts can trade on individual talent over the longer term.

All girls in Sharks (and Oase) seem to work off 50 euro increments hence if the price goes up it's by 50 euros at a time so it ended up doubling. In other clubs I have seen prices like 70 and 80 euros and it works fine but for the girls in Hessen clubs everything including extras seems to be in 50 euro increments.

Another factor is there are less customers, you might think it would be a buyers market therefore but it doesn't always work that way. For example in Goldentime in Vienna it was 100 euros for 30 minutes last year then the girls changed their pricing to 150 euros saying there were less customers so they needed to make more money per room. Of course them increasing the prices means there are even less customers now!

One thing to be grateful for us Oase and Sharks are so close to each other. Sharks has increased the price girls have to pay for entry by about 10 euros I think but I imagine they are worried about increasing the price for men to enter due to the competion from Oase. In Berlin where there is no competition Artemis is now 90 euros.

I have some disagreements but respect your decision as I think it was the right one for you. Oase and Sharks both peak at 7 pm when both early and late shifts are present. You saw Oase at it's best, 7 pm on a Saturday night. Basically 7 pm on a Saturday night is the best line up at just about every single FKK. By 8 pm, you also saw prime Sharks and determined that it was better. From an optics POV, I would make the exact same assessment. Believe me, Oase didn't get much better after 7 pm. Perhaps a couple of girls rolled in late, but you likely saw 95% of all girls. Current Cosmina of Oase, is former Sharks Cosmina from 10 years ago. She still looks good but I would seriously consider the validity of any argument that uses her as justification of superior line up qualify on a Saturday evening. She aged well, but 10 years is too much to overcome in the hooker optics world. Any 2 girls you may have missed would not have elevated Oase optical quality over Sharks optical quality on a Saturday night.

Personally, I don't even love Sharks at the moment as I think overall experience is important and don't think that on average, you get the best service, especially if considering quality to cost ratio. However, I agree that your decision if based on optics was the correct one. Even considering my current poor opinion of Sharks, I can easily say that it provides the most number of high optic girls. Taking the average of the top 3 girls at Oase, you would probably find 2 x to 3 x as many of the same optical quality at Sharks. I was at the party and yes, casting was low on day, Nadia and Mady ex History. Ch are back since then and improving, funny behavior for Nadia, and 2 prettiest appeared after 7 pm and the 2 pretty dancers, when Neli would be one of the very prettiest in any club, not good in room for me, even quite a kisser and she seemed to like to suck, but no skill, probably to try to save her vagina. I'm going to say some controversial stuff that will probably ruffle the feathers of the Oase defenders, but I feel like it needs to be said so others don't waste their time and money like I did. I think first thing that needs to be more clear is when someone here says Oase has a "better" lineup then Sharks you have to know exactly what type of girls they are referring to. Unlike Sharks, Oase literally has a shift system. Girls choose to work the day shift or the night shift. When they come early, they can stay through the night if they choose. For night shift, they may arrive early, but if they arrive after a cutoff time, they have to pay more for their entry. While girls can choose to arrive later, in reality, most of the times, they are there by 6 pm. First, they don't want to pay more than they have to pay only to have less hours to make money. While you may see a girl starting later than 7 pm on occasion, the reality is that by 6 pm, almost every girl who will be there, has already arrived. Some girls will take a while to get ready, but most will not take an entire hour. If a monger is there between the 6 pm to 8 pm hours, whether summer or winter, he will see both line ups and hence will see Oase with its peak line up, missing only one or two girls. That is an undebatable fact. What is true is that Oase keeps a better late line up than Sharks. That is because the night girls are required to stay until feierabend, closing time. Some of the prettiest and on last Saturday party, start after 7 pm in lounge. Cosmina also appeared late. Leaving at 7 pm was a mistake missing the best, when Sharks is more a day club til midnight / 1 am, when Oase casting mostly worth after 7 pm on Winter to 3/4 am, some girls stopping, resting 1 hour before closing when they made enough money, Cosmina worked til 5 when I was leaving. I got Bianca at 4 am few weeks ago. I really liked 2 dancers shows on evening party.

I really don't have an answer to that, all I can relate from the conversation is that she was told how much she could charge.

She agreed a room with extras, but the client had the fun and did not pay what was agreed.

There was zero support from management.

Depending on the establishment, the girls pay a daily fee, or the entrance charge as part of their contract with the club.

The other part is what you see on the disclaimer: the girls are independent and set their own charges, so to be told what to charge.

And not being supported by management in a transactional matter is not really OK.

Sharks management ask girls to lower their rate, but they can t force. Many girls at Sharks and some at Oase like Neli turned crazy, asking more expensive than German escorts, when they don t have the level. My tip is: don t go with these girls asking more than 150/60 which is less expensive and higher quality for me than 100/30 . I m not desperate, to pay crazy rates, when those asking the most expensive, are usually not the best, nor the prettiest. I still find higher than at Sharks for 150/60+, so I won t pay more expensive for lower quality.

The inflation at shark is very high. (does it has something to do with the management?

The entrance was 65 before covid and now still 65 (0%.

But the prize for girls increase from 50/100 (30/60 min) to 100/150 for 30 min and 200/250 for 60 min. (+150%.

The price for German escort was before covid average 70/80 for 30 min and 120/150 for 60 min.

And now it still the same!! Or slightly higher maybe +20%.

Even the former sharks famous top girl Helli / Kelly is now in Darmstadt (not sharks) and charges only 100/30 min and 150/60 min.
