Yesterday I took one for the team and attended the Grand Opening of FKK Manhattan.

Location: Industrial area outside Frankfurt. Generally isolated.
No nearby public transit observed.

I recommend you take a taxi and get his business card, as I did not see any around the building. I drove and if not for my GPS would have had a problem finding it.

Ambience: Brand-new facility. However, it is like a maze when moving through the facility. Lots of separate areas that seem isolated from one another. Outdoor area includes a nice pool and refreshment bar with some food available. Inside dining area was small but adequate with a decent food selection.

Beer is Free and on tap.

Rooms were clean and functional. No pillows and limited to zero ventilation.

Girl / Guy ratio: I did not take a head count, but it seemed like at least 3-guys per girl.

Clients and girls: Seemed like mostly non-Germans. Lots of young guys (Turkish, etc.). Ninety percent (90%) of the girls were Romanians around 20-25 years old. Also a few older Dominicans and one Brazilian MILF.

My thoughts: It was an amusing visit and interesting to watch the stuff they had lined up for the Grand Opening such as: "Punk-Rock Elvis on Stilts" he was about 15 meters tall; A Transvestite "Party Announcer" who announced the raffles and periodic upstairs "Gang Bangs"; Lots of Pole dancers from Romania.

However, as much as I enjoyed the free beer and decent fried chicken, the place was not as erotic or relaxing as Oase or even Palace. It seemed as if the girls present were just checking the place for future possibilities. I also have the impression there may be some regulars that are recent imports from Romania and from the looks on their face not really excited about the job.

It also appeared that for many guys it was a “First Visit” to an FKK and they were somehow convinced to drop by for the Grand Opening.

Incidentally, I went with two girls: First a Romanian who had limited talents. Second, the MILF from Brazil who gave an OK massage but was generally not impressive.

I recently visited club Arabella, where I had a long conversation in English in the hall with one of the girls (Julia), and we didn't get any nasty looking. It's otherwise true that Barbara, the Thekenfrau, will not try any effort to speak in any language other than German, and you shouldn't try to force her either. Walk to the counter, make an effort to greet her in German, read the board with the current offer over the counter (a list of entries in the "xx X yy€" form, pretty straightforward), point the finger at your choice, don't ask questions and keep your money at the ready. That should do the trick. Than turn your back and follow the "Umkleide" signal down the stairs, get changed, get back in hall, find a girl who speaks English and ask her any further question you might have. It's otherwise true that the clientele is mostly German, and so not that many girl are fluent in English. You should definitely expect a deny entry, and no matter how well you speak German, only if you are Muslim in appearance (not the management nor the girls welcome the Turkish clientele).

I entered the club at noon, and there where 9 girls. I was told more were due to arrive, but I couldn't witness any new arrival during my stay. The club was buzzing with local customers, a good sign (became quieter at midafternoon). The current offer was: 1x40, 2x55, 3x65. I choose the 3x variation and didn't regret, actually I think this was excellent value for money. I agree with Creature2 that at those prices, those low cost clubs can be an appealing alternative to Partytreffs, as far as the financial and service quality aspect is concerned (that is, if you're not that interested in open/group sex), unless you can devote a whole day to the visit. I asked Barbara if the current price offer was normal or just a special time limited offer. She couldn't give me a clear answer, and advised me to call before visiting to ask the current prices. I noticed that the boards, which I had seen on my previous visit, listing the prices for extras had disappeared. I had a session with Julia (a petite german), and two bulgarians (the chatty and sparkling Gaby, and the tall Sissy), all unrushed (I actually can't tell you how long are the session expected to last, as all the girls where willing to stay and chat in the room at the end of the proceedings). All of the girls provided DFK free of charge (it was quoted 5€ on my previous visit), BBBJ, fingering. Gaby and Sissy asked 30€ for BB (cum inside), while this was not an option with Julia. Mausi's (Not speaking German, do not intend to try)

This might be a wise decision, while lack of German would prevent you from effective conversing with a significant part of girls. But I like to point out that lack of german is not the basis for a deny entry. While Mausi is indeed pretty xenofobic, there's a whole range of nationalities which are noneteless wellcome in the club. Quite surprisingly (considering USA contribution to the defeat of the Nazis) this especially applies to North Americans guests (those who doubt it, have a close look at Mausi website, and you'll find listed an address in Denver. Furthermore, whoever had a chance to visit the photo gallery in the old web site, might remember the star and stripes being granted the same dignity as the german flag). On the other hand, no chance if your appearance is Mediterranean/East European (once more, no matter how well you speak german). Pay also attention, even if you're fluent with the language of some of the east european service providers (Russian/Polish/Czech/Romanian ...), stricktly to refrain from using it in the common room, or you'll immediatley get a nasty looking from Mausi, possibly culminating in an Hausverbot.

While I have no prejudices toward any ethnic group, I tend to favour german oriented clubs for several (somewhat higly subjective) reasons:

- real FKK (though at Mausi's, some girls tend to stay wrapped from top to toe in towels; in winter time this might have something to to with savings on the heating expenses);
- action can normally start right on the couches (exhibitionists be aware though, nobody will pay any attention);
- DFK can generally be taken for granted (not so in the Turkish oriented clubs);
- girls are always easy to approach. Even if the girl of your choiche is engaged with a customer, they will soon enough disappear to a room. Otherwise, Turkish circles can monopolize the girls for hours on end. Several times I found myself close to the club closing time with an unused prepaid card, while the girls I had choosen had always been unapproachable;
- music background selection;
- drinks are more often than not self-service;
- last but not least, toilet conditions.

I think basic service should presently be 25€ (special opening offer). Bareback service is quoted at 60€/20', 90€/30'. Only few girls in the line-up, and allegedly not that attractive either.

penelope should be also a part of that famous former red carpet, but now, it is supposed to be under the hands of a mob. i asked to thekefrau, whether there was a link, once upon a time, with belami, salome, villa venus and penelope. but i get she is not that comfortable about my interrogation, neither about the history, nor about now and then of this place. she says they have rules in this house and it is not that good to talk about the other places, inside penelope, and especially no talk with the girls on those subjects and the competitor clubs. i don’t want to get involve, myself, to any trouble, so i don’t return to this subject again, with her.
