Realistically, hot girls from smaller towns usually hightail it to operate out of the more bustling life of Mty, Gdl, and CDMX. One example that comes to mind: Tampico. There is mongering ops in Tampico, but given how far out of the way Tampico from anywhere is, you better have a more feasible backstory why you would be in Tampico in the first place. Oil workers flown in to repair the Pemex refinery comes to mind.
