I was in PDC for diving in October. Wow, they keep the naughty business well hidden there! I got a couple of legit massages on the main drag. Zero sign of anything more available, and to be honest, not many of the massage chicks were much to look at. Nice for relaxation, though. The real deal.

I didn't make it up to the main highway to see the well-reviewed places like Marlin's, etc, but I did spend a few dollars at Bar La Selva. I happened upon it while walking back to the beach from that awesome taco place El Fogon. La Selva is on 32 Norte, near 30th Ave, painted blue. It was about 7PM. Nicely air-conditioned inside and very dark. I immediately felt good about this place because it looked very low-rent, and I like being around when there's trouble. One small stage in the middle of the room, with two poles. Customers were working-class and 100% Mexican. I got a couple of looks because I'm a taller-than-average gringo, but nothing hostile. Got a beer (40 pesos) and watched the dancers. Was immediately approached by every chick in the place, one after another. Politely declined their company until I'd scoped the place out. Dancers got nude on their second song. Some were skilled and worked it hard, others acted bored and got no tips. The crowd was festive and laid-back and lots of guys were tipping. It was a good atmosphere. After a couple of beers, I waved over one of the chicas from a gaggle sitting in metal chairs in the back of the room. Smokin' hot Panamanian girl with big fake jugs and a piercing in her nose. We had a beer, chatted en Espanol and made out for a few minutes before she asked me if I wanted to fuck her. I said of course, and she said 1500 pesos for one hour in a room in the back. Well, I'd already made friends with the bouncer, who told me the house rate for an hour on-site was 1000 pesos. I told chica I'd give her 1000, and an extra 500 if I was really happy afterward (my original plan). She agreed, and off we went. Here's where it went sour.

The "room" in the back is a filthy cubbyhole the size of a corner booth at Denny's, with a dangling fluorescent bulb, mirrors on all the walls, and vinyl-covered seats around three sides. Smells like bleach and the floor is sticky, stained linoleum. It's directly behind the bar, so the blaring Bachata / disco music is no lower than at the stage, and I'm supposed to spend an hour with this dumb puta in this torture chamber? Screw that, I'd rather be waterboarded. I do an about-face, go back to my seat, finish my beer and bounce. Girl shoots me the "WTF" face as I walk past her to leave. I'd go back to La Selva for sure, because there was some hot broads there. But I'd get a take-out girl. The VIP roomthere still gives me the creeps thinking about it.

There are quite a few fun girls online. Do a search for "scort Playa del Carmen" and you will find the major sites. Some girls say they're not with an agency, but they have the same numbers. It's really one escort serving as front for the others. And at first you will end up paying extra to her.

For the clubs in town, I would recommend La Selva (both the original and the afterhours club) and Pussy Cats. The clubs on the Carretera (Marlin, Baby's Hot, Blackjack, Chilly Willy's, etc.) can be clip joints, or worse. Lots of shady people hang out there late at night.

The other clubs treat their girls better. The VIP dances are less expensive, but still.watch out. You'll pay the club fee plus the girl's tip, which could equal it.

Most of the girls in these clubs offer me their numbers without my asking. And there are enough girls that someone will be into you. Just be chatty and nice. You don't have to buy them a drink just to chat a bit about who they are, who you are, where they're from, etc. Buying them a drink is for making out.

And if you want to find girls on the street, head down to the streets near Coco Bongo afterhours. There are lots of girls (and TVs. You'll spot them easily) approaching drunk gringos there. The TV's are cheap, the real girls are pricey, so that should help you tell them apart if you're really drunk.

Have fun. Stay out of Cancun. It's a mess up there.

There are a couple of really good escort websites for Playa. I recommend if you are going to be there for that amount of time then you install Whatsapp on your smart phone. I use it along with a Spanish dictionary with 7 girls from PDC. We talk at least once a week just to stay in contact. Remember they may be brief on Whatsapp as they need to make money and texting for fun is or can be a distraction for them. There are some really nice girls in PDC and treat them nice and they will treat you very well. I doubt your going to find girls on 5th avenue just hanging out but the sites have their phone numbers. To text message them add 011 521 to their number. Whatsapp is preferred as its no cost but a text msg will cost them. I'd add the website but I'm not sure if I would get deleted. Something like taco list if I remember. Then find Quintana Roo (like their State) and escort services. The English side is really brief so use the Espanol site. For an incredible time get a girl or girls and go to the Boutique Motle called "Sensations". Its a themed motel that is outa this world. Just up towards Cancun but not all the way. 3 hours for a room! Amazing. If you have the right escort.

No one has posted anything about Bar La Selva's afterhours (antros) club, located a few blocks up toward the highway.

Bar La Selva is a great place to meet girls. But it closes at 12:30am, probably due to zoning restrictions. All of the girls say that they go to the other club, Selva Eros, when the first club closes. The new club is in what looks like a parking lot, with a high wall around it. It's an industrial neighborhood, but of course they have security. They may be open until 3 or more in the morning. For the exact address, ask at Bar La Selva. They'll draw you a map or write out the address.

It's a huge place, with a bigger palapa. But not that many guys. I don't think it's as attractive for the girls as a business proposition. The last time I was at Bar La Selva, I asked more than one girl if they liked working there. They all said no. My guess is that since it was getting close to closing time, they had to choose whether they were going to just go home or go work in the other club. I went to the other club. And some of the girls who said they were going to be there didn't show up.

Selva Eros is an opportunity. If you come to Bar La Selva at about 11:30pm, meet a girl you like (and who likes you) , she might be happy to leave the club at 12:30 and go home with you instead of going to the other bar. I'll try this next time I'm there.

The girls are free to do what they want outside the club. I know. I'm friends with one.

Some more good experiences in Chetumal.

I stopped at Octopussy, but very briefly. The building and hotel next door are being torn down, the whole place smells septic, and all the women were at one table having lunch. All very large women. In the restroom, the urinal empties onto the floor and your shoes. Umm, that about sums up that bar. If there's a back room, I don't want to see it.

Arrecifes turned out to be the bomb again. As others have said, the girl chooses you. A girl from Puebla sat down with me, we chatted, then went for three private dances. Somewhere in there, I was out of my pants, into a condom and she was trying to sit on my from the chair. We eventually met in the middle. Dances are 200 pesos. Drinks at the table are also 200 pesos for the girl, so we took that option. A drink at the table lasts longer than a private dance. And of course at the table I was out again, with a condom on, and we were having sex out in the open, reverse cowgirl and just plain cowgirls. Of course it wasn't that plain, because after I pulled out and came all over her, her girlfriend came over and asked what she was doing with this crazy gringo. I think I could have gone home then with both, but really, I was a bit done.

Always remember to get the phone and / or email of girls you like in clubs. I'm going to see this one again. Maybe her friend came over because she scooped up some of my come and put it into her mouth. Or maybe she thought we were both crazy.

And be patient at Arrecifes. There are lots of girls there, and some are wilder than others. Although I've yet to meet one who wasn't.

I agree with others, PDC needs its own category. I just returned from Cozumel and enjoyed 2 days of playing in PDC. One note, of all the massage places on the main street, Oasis had a happy ending option. The laidies outside are very careful and for some reason will tell you no happy ending when your outside but they are quite obliging when you go upstairs! A good hotel to host at PDC is Illusions. Not an all inclusive so the cost is nice and its a clean hotel.

I ended up at a few places this week in Chetumal.

First of all, Arrecifes is the most comprehensive club in town. They always seem to have about 15 girls there, from all parts of Mexico. You can get a lot of mileage at your table. The private dances are 200, I think, but don't last long. And there are one hour privates that are much more expensive (1500?. But you'll have to tip your dancer quite a bit in addition to that).

At about 7 o'clock, all of the girls changed int o a skimpy uniform and danced onstage, followed by the waiters picking the girls up from the stage and depositing them on customers' tables and laps during two or three songs. Great looking girls of all types. 8's to 10's.

I also stopped at La Picuda on Veracruz. Nothing happening there. I might have been there too early. More of a bar where you will have company instead of a real stripclub. I'm used to strippers kissing me, offering their nipples and more at my table.

I stopped at Bar Milagros (on Juarez?) and met a couple of nice girls there. I got email and phone numbers to meet later, but haven't had time. This isn't a strip club, but is another companion bar.

Then I went to Capirote. And met the complete package. A very hot, obliging dancer who made out with me at my table. In the brief private time I had, she wanted to check out my package first hand, and I checked her out with my tongue and fingers. I need to go back there. Very reasonable prices.

That's all for now. I might post later about the couple of 18 year olds I spent time with in a hotel in Playa. Girls are a problem because of their inexperience, but they worked pretty hard and were very accomodating. And we all remember those bodies and how unconscious girls can be of how much we're into them.

Drove by at about 11pm tonight, and the lights were out. The Paradise Hotel looked dark too. I'll check it out again in a week, with an update on all of the clubs on my list.

I agree that Chetumal deserves its own forum. But PDC does too. The only way that will happen is if we all post more about these places, so much that the administrator decides to split out the forums. Chetumal should be one, Playa del Carmen should be one (maybe mixed any Maya Riviera or Tulum post) and Cancun should still be one.

Considering the sheer number of tourists visiting Quintana Roo, it would make sense for the board to split these areas out from Veracruz, etc. Tourism and oil are Mexico's biggest industries, and Quintana Roo is the number one tourist (and therefore monger) destination in the country.

It deserves to be on it's own as it's has plenty of nightlife and, being so close to Belize, would expect to have a ton of interest. I'm pretty well versed in Belize, but there is much better diving in Chetumal that there's really no reason to dive in Belize. I'll give info to anyone who is interested just PM me.

Hey all. Haven't been in area for a while but Los Globos is located near the hotel paradise across from airport runway. It's just before the first roundabout off the road that continues from Highway 146 after it splits to insurgientes. I believe it's Obregon. Los globos opened and closed a few times so it may be hit or miss. Going to have to learn the names of the places as I know most of them just by location. Seems like have to get to Los Arricefes. As I don't believe I've been there.
