Rio has closed, as well as the namesake Casino.

Decided on Familia nobre, primarily because rocket reports claimed you can sleep there. Entrance was what was expected. Staff is very kind especially if you speak a little Chinese, but this is not necessary. Shower area is very clean saunas hot tubs are very nice. There are three rooms off of the hot tub area where Vietnamese women who are not particularly attractive we're giving scrubdowns. The doors are open while they're doing this, and it looked at one point like a girl was giving a guy a blow job but I'm not sure. The girls were on attractive enough that I wasn't really interested.

Went to the lounge, which is quite long, has three rows of chairs, and on a Saturday night was absolutely jampacked with Chinese guys from the mainland. I was the only non-Asian there, although I do think there were some Malaysian or Filipino men as well. The staff was really busy, at about 9 PM. I only saw three girls in the short black dresses that indicate thigh massage. All were Vietnamese all quite pretty. I waited about 30 minutes for one to get free. First time coming to Macau. I have about 24 hours to relax in a sauna.

I'm hearing I should do Golden or Familia, but I'm open to any suggestions. All the Rockit reports are very old.

Here is what I need:

1. A place to sleep that's reasonably private. Can you sleep in the Full Service rooms after the service is done? I'm really bad at sleeping in a place with light and noise.

I was just in Macau for a short stay over the New Year.

This was my first sauna I visited. First thing as you enter is the counter where you pay at the end. They directed me just around the corner to a small desk that is the entrance to the changing room and shower area. I asked that person what the prices are, he said it was around 1400/1600/1800 so I said okay. Not aware of the other procedures.

The changing room is basically a large room that is all open. Half changing / half shower area. Once you take off all your clothes, one of the washer girls will offer to wash you for free. That involves sitting in a chair without a bottom and having them give you a handjob a couple of times, but not until you pop. I think all the wash girls are Vietnamese and my girl was quite funny, liked to joke around. Once you're washed you go to the drying area where some older women will dry you down and use a hair dryer on you and dress you in pyjamas. I couldn't understand why she was waving a hair dryer in my face when I hadn't washed my hair. This is all completely unnecessary and it's because they then ask you to tip them. Next time I would not tip them for what is essentially a 1 minute job that I can do myself. Up to you if you do.

Then you go into the next room which is a rectangle in shape. It's all very small and cramped. The entrance to the room is the base of the short side of the rectangle. The central long area is a row of seats back-to-back where the girls sit waiting. Around that area is seating for the customers. I was directed to a seat directly left to the entrance. Immediately all the girls stood up and then one tall Chinese girl from DongBei comes over and sits on my lap and starts saying that I should pick her and that her service is great. I'm able to look around and see what the other girls are like and she seems to be more attractive than the ones that I can see. Not sure if I would pick her in a line up, but there didn't seem to be anyone better that I could see. She then had to go around the corner, perhaps for a line-up. It didn't seem like she was enjoying the actual sex so I tried to finish as quickly as possible. I'm sure I could kept on but it doesn't give me any pleasure if the other person doesn't seem to be enjoying it.

You then get a 25 min massage from a different person included in the price, but they will ask for a tip. That masseur told me that they often have shows, and the one that evening would start at 11 pm and involve all the customers getting free BJ's from the girls and if they made you cum then you pay 500, if they don't you pay nothing. Then there is a raffle and whoever wins gets a free girl. It was 8 pm at the time, so I wasn't going to stay there until then.

When I come back out, I sit down in the restaurant and ordered a Pork Sandwich. I can see some of the other girls that I didn't see before. There were probably 2-3 that I would have picked over the one I chose, but I hadn't seen them. Perhaps better to wait next time and see a proper line up before choosing. Then I left. So, not great but you can't expect amazing things on every visit.

I found the whole set up there to be a bit cramped, disorganized and seedy. Just a bit too rundown. All the areas bleed into one another without separation. When you sit in the eating area, which is like a depressing rundown canteen, you can see all the girls waiting on the right, some are literally right next to you. They then have to pass you with their customers to get to the rooms. You then have to go past all the girls to get back out and walk through the wash area again. It's so narrow that only 1 person can pass at a time, so if there is line up you have to wait for them to sit down before you can go through. Never got to speak to the main person to get any explanation of how things operate or anything. Seems a bit too impersonal and perhaps like a treadmill, although there were not exactly a lot of customers.

The price was 1640, plus any other tips you might want to give to the washers or massage people.

I went here one time at 3-4 pm in the afternoon. Once you enter you are in a large room, to the front on the left is the front desk. Further in to the right the room expands to the right and that is where all the girls sit waiting. Just in front of the girls are a row of seats where you will sit and can choose who you want. Although the distance between you and the girls is not far at all, they have binoculars you can use to look at them. I'd feel pretty silly using them, but I actually might at a later time. When I visited there were only 3 girls in there and the man said they were from Thailand, the price 1300. They seemed over 30 and not that attractive so I asked when is the best time to come, he said 6-7 pm.

So on another day I came back at 7 pm. This time the mamasan was there and she patiently explained how the pricing worked and the colour of the numbers. Roughly from what I remember the pricing was something like 14-16-800, certainly around that region. The red and yellow was for Thai and Vietnamese. There seemed to be a about 10-15 people there. Perhaps 7-8 on average, all pretty decent. I had a hard time choosing but eventually settled for a cute Thai girl who smiled like crazy every time I looked at her.

You then go upstairs to where the rooms are. These are large rooms with round beds and a bath shower area. She will give you an oil massage. Then wash you in bath and BBBJ. Then on the bed and another BBBJ and then down to business. She was great, really cute, feisty and quite funny. She started kissing me during the massage bit so we made out a bit as well.

I came back to the Darling 1 on my last day and the selection was less good then my first visit, so I chose her again. Same kind of thing.

I visited here and asked about their services. Judging from the front desk and price list in the lobby, this is a top tier sauna with prices to match. I would expect the inside to be as nice as the outside. Reading the price list it struck me that this was essentially the racist hierarchy of the sauna world written down plainly for all to see. I decided it was not worth it for me. At most I would pay probably 3000 or something for a Vietnamese "model" or something. Perhaps next time I'd go into see what's on offer. They also have all the other add-ons in addition to this price list.
