Macau government announced that all casinos will be shut down for at least two weeks. So Macau's entertainment business is effectively dead right now.

Club 9 is actually not mysterious at all; it's just very very expensive, which is why most mongers don't go there. You can find it going up the main elevators of L'Arc Hotel, on the fifth floor.
