I've seen this guy's ad several times pop several times in the classifieds. I have no reason to believe its a scam. His prices seem reasonable for someone who wants a guide that's never been to Prague. That said, I think if you do your homework (or research as I call it) much ahead of time, you can do just fine without a guide. It also doesn't hurt to see the most recent reviews on this site.
