No problem. There are plenty of ads in the local papers and on the 'net. Best place to find them all in one place are public auto auctions and sales meets, usually on weekends at Autokinos (drive-in movies) or in large department store parking lots.

I'm in the Cologne area and expert in used cars (former auto dealer). You can hire me to be your surveyor, agent, interpreter, chauffeur for Eu250/day or 10% of the sales amount, whichever is larger. PM for 1st contact.
