I have been living here for 8 months and need someone to sublet the last 4 months (December 1 - March 31). I dropped $10,000 in new furniture and appliances in March 2006. I have to return to the USA on business.

* You will need to prepay all 4 months at $500 direct to owner (Colombiana). After that, you will only be responsible for utilities (about $150 per month).

I have two apartments in Laguito, and have decided to sell one, whichever sells first. Please note that I am a Gringo, so this might make a transaction easier for you.

One is a brand new 1 bedroom apartment with a bay view in the new Mirador Laguito building (unit # 705). August 2006 is the scheduled completion date, but can be repurchased from me now.

The other apartment is a 2 bedroom 2 bath (unit # 801) in Torre Centauro. My unit was completely remodeled using an acrchitect/builder, in January 2006, everything is new and was done to very high standard.

I guess the key word is busy. I have had a guy here almost every week since before Carnival which was great and had lots of people between locals, people from out of town and other parts of Colombia, Americans and even Europeans. I had a chance to talk to a very nice couple man and wife from Belgium.

I am expecting another guy at the end of the month.

I am also pretty serious about the real estate business, I was given a US$1.000.000 ( One million United States Dollars) mansion for me to sell here in the EL VIEJO PRADO in Barranquilla. I will post pictures and the rest of the information when I have a chance.

I also just got a brand-new bike, a Suzuki vstrom 650 and I am in the process of learning how to ride it, not easy as not only it is very heavy and expensive , but it also flies.

And finally I will put up a webpage, I am working in al the details. I will post the proper link in due time.

So take all this, plus my regular job and my family, that really does not leave me much time be seated in front of a computer, and since I never had anything to prove to anybody here or at any other forum. I am simply not obligated to post all the time.
