Paisas going to their fincas for weekends, holidays and ferias is about as common as tailgate parties in the US at Pro football games.

They party and raise hell for 2-3 days at a time. Breakfast consists of beer and Aguardiente before coffee.

Well, if you are interested in renting a room or an entire finca for a festa, I have started listing several properties available for very low costs. Have 4-5 listed so far and about 15-20 more to add.

Very time consuming to translate from Spanish, post all the photos and cross link but two of these I have been to and let me tell you. They rock! Owners are anxious to have Gringo festas book up the whole place. No problems with loud music, taking GF's and friends.

Siete Cueros Finca in Rio Negro owner basically said, "bring it on! " It is rustic. Not fancy (except the main house but only two rooms with double beds) Hell, you are not going to be in your rooms except to sleep and fuck anyway. Steam room big enough for 8-10 people. Party area for dancing, BBQing, drinking and more. Could probably get away with most anything. Owner speaks English and lived in the US for many years.
