Just a brief update, Apartment Club Peru continues to grow since going "live" in early 2008. We now represent the owners of over 120 apartments in the Miraflores, San Isidro, San Borja and surrounding areas. Over 90% are fully furnished with close to 100% having internet, cable and phone service.

Our prices are competitive with most of the "better" housing opportunities available and are definitely better than most of the hotels in Miraflores.

Each property has a calendar showing availability (and we confirm with the owner prior to accepting a booking) and all prices for short to long term rentals are shown (in USD). Our minimum stay for any apartment is 1 week. Just use the RESERVE HERE button on any property to start the process.

I was wondering if anyone have experience with renting these apartments or dealings with the renter/managing agent. Anyone can comment on their location (close to the action?) would help me a lot.

All prices quoted are in US Dollars. In some cases the maintenance fees have been given to us in Soles, we've converted them to a close approximation of dollars based on current exchange rates.
