Situation for girls in Lugano:

I know three places in Lugano with working-girls (I'd appreciate to discover more places) Bar Corona in Carona (exit Lugano Sud - behind the church of carona next to the motorway trait connecting the center of Lugano with the motorway Chiasso-Gotthardus) Iceberg Disco and Bar Oceano. Bar Corona: more or less 10 girls working there - costs more than the other two places. Iceberg and Oceano are located something like 50 meters from each other and 20-30 meters from the Titanic .... never heard something about Titanic ;-)

I know something about the rules of Iceberg and Oceano:

Iceberg - they host the girls as a hotel, i.e. the girls are lodged in the building betweeen Iceberg and Oceano, pay a fee for each day, work in the Iceberg and decide on themselves the price (usually 150- 200 sFr for 1/2 hour or good basal service approx. - 200 sFr = 150 Euro = 160 dollars approx. - they accept both Euro and sFr). One Girl told me that all girls working there are OK with the Swiss stay permit rules; i.e. they have either a regular stay/working permit or are married with swiss citicens!
Oceano - similar organisation as in the Iceberg (hotel like organisation - if I well remember girls pay 150- 200 sFr per night - , girls decide the price, etc.) but I heard that the girls are "less" controlled from the stay-permit point of view: sometimes they have only the short "turist" stay permit or they live in Italy and work there ....

Sorry for the deelay in answer.
I notice your ad in italian section.
1 - Tortuga and Gabbiano are definitively closed (they say Suisse police had found there some girls with expired visa...)
2 - Ocean and Iceberg are located close to disco "TITANIC" (the 3 names toghether sounds good, isn't it?)
To go there, coming from Italy, when you arrive to the traffic-light (with the lake on your right) where before you turned left for go to tortuca, you...turn left, but at the 2nd traffic-light, don't turn to the right: go ahead until you pass under a highway flyover, immediatly keep the right way and go ahead. after a few 100s meters you'll find them (you can't see the big sign flashing)

All, in the north of Italy (Piemonte, Lombardia,...) knows what it means: beautifull and young girls, quite totally at your disposal.

You can recognize it for the huge parking place close to the highway.
Close to this discoteque, there are 2 disco bar: ICEBERG and OCEAN. Both the bar have the free entrance, but the first drink is obligatory (10 CHF / 8 EUR).
When you are in, you are "roll up" by a good soft music and you can see at least 20/25 nice girls (in OCEAN) or 25/30 girls (ICEBERG) chatting with the "customers".
In the OCEAN the age is from 18 to 25/30, in the ICEBERG from 20/25 to 35, but every girl it is worth going with.
They work in the same biuldings, where you can access from a door in the back side of the bar for 100 CHF (80 EUR) for half hour and, often, in this time you can came every time you want or can. The room are really nice, the girl make you real relaxed, no hurry and if you pay a little extra (no more than 30 EUR) you have a REAL extra: sexy streap-tease, sexy dance, a relaxing massage,......
