That is unfortunately not really a credible dream. After a taste of the P4 P money, moving to the restaurant business with its very demanding hours, efforts and almost inexistent profit margins.

A lady friend runs a successful Skewers place, sausages, moo-ping, she's got a lot of variety and was telling me she makes about 5 thb profit per skewer, and that's before rent (small as a friend lets her use her noodle shop), gasoline and takeaway bags, napkins, sauces.
