You misunderstand. By "irrelevant" I was not referring to this or any other mongering topic post. I was referring to numerous posts in the Bangkok thread that have nothing to do with particular girls, establishments, or mongering in general. Just general chat. Like the Bangkok Thread has been taken over by non-mongering topics. I would like to see a lot more reports on particular girls or places for mongering.

As for Oilies, I don't think there is any standard of performance there either. The exception maybe the specific "PSE shops". You should know that shops like Tulip, Mango, etc. Do have training for new girls with not much experience (or did have when I last discussed such topics with a girl. Maybe some time ago). You have to allow though for variations in natural ability and how fast girls learn. No amount of training will fix a dud girl. The really dud girls will either leave quickly or be kicked out before too long from the shops trying to maintain a service level, but initially the shop will not know that a girl is crap for all customers.

I don't think they are kicking out girls who don't perform. Why? Because quite a few are still there. Numbers however are turning in our favor. There were 19 gals working in Mango today and over 15 in Snow White. I was told that most gals are not getting the number of customers that they would like. So there is a little incentive to knock the socks off the customers you do get so they will repeat.

There are three things at play here: skill sets, attitude, and enthusiasm. You can't teach enthusiasm. The gal either has it or she doesn't. Skill sets can be taught. The perfect example of a gal who has very little enthusiasm left but still has an amazing skill set is Golf at Tulip. The problem is Syn, reality has changed and keeps changing for the worse. There are fewer and fewer gals that perform. Again, in the Baron's and early Tulip days the vast majority of the gals in the shop performed. There were very few "duds. " There was very little YMMV at that point.
