These places you list are budget Soapies. You might be shocked at how unappealing the women can be in these places. I certainly was. I would like to share my great experience I had a Massage 102 during an 8 HR transit I had in Bangkok few days ago. I usually go to Annie's but since it was shut down I want to find another place that was as good and not dodge.
