PSE is standard service at Tulip. You can see that thread for specific girls you may be interested in, Golf and Ying are longtime favorites. Snow White is apparently closed and some of the girls moved to Tulip, so Tulip remains your best bet. Check the Tulip thread for details.

Cherry is supposedly open (although not sure if it is exactly right now) and some girls there do PSE, some do not, ask them.
