Hi All. My first post. Negligible experience in any of this, so appreciated all advice. Three years ago went with a bunch of Asian colleagues to one of the huge places. I travel to LOS every two months and I've often opted for Outcall service from Dream Heaven. I'm happy to report I've never been dissapointed to date. Thanks to the FKK Great Master IseeU that was the case with me that Sunday with miss Dao. I agree that 100 BHT is ample for the mama/papa in most instances. And I always give it to them in front of the girl to establish myself as a tipper. I believe this gives her a clear signal that if she performs well, she will be tipped. They know from experience that a lot of customers, especially locals and other Asians, do not tip. I don't convert the local baht into US dollars, but rather view things from the local perspective and relative value of money, based on what I know about the local wages.I tip the soapie waitress 20thb. The soapie girls generally give 20thb to the lady who brings the basket of soaps and supplies into the room. So I always drop 20thb into the basket or leave it on the dresser, it's a very small gesture, but it earns me a thank you from my girl.I think not many people tip the mamasan, and I don't know if they earn a salary or not, they probably has a small base plus a revenue-based bonus. Sometimes the girls will share with mamasan 100-200thb if the girls get a good tip. I tip my mamasan 200thb up front at the time of payment so my girl will see it, and they know to keep all of the tips from me. This is good advice. However with mamasan/papasan having very low or no base salary, I believe there is a need to tip them something on an ongoing basis, but to adjust it based on the effort they put in. So a very small tip is O.K. for just 5 minutes of their time.
