Well a guide needs to be web based so that can be kept up to date. There are not enough people who would want to buy a guide. • the telephone will ring a few minutes before time has expired to warn that its time to wash again before leaving or you can pay to extend for another period. if you are a very difficult customer, the girl won't consider extension. if all things are well, she will probably assume that you will not extend. so if you want to extend, you need to say so smartly.
• be careful not to slip again when going to the bath to get cleaned up.

3. general tips about soapy massage parlours 3.1. arriving by taxi to a soapy mp is not advised at many locations where the taxi is paid commission for taking you there. you will then be charged a much higher rip-off price to cover what the adviser and taxi-driver will split between them. for these venues, you can take the taxi to a very close hotel, for example, and then walk the remainder. if in any doubt, don't arrive directly by taxi. take a taxi to a nearby hotel instead, and walk from there is best. if you must arrive by taxi or tuk tuk, then giotto recommends to wait outside for awhile until the taxi safely leaves and disappears into the distance. 3.2. out the front of the girls are "advisers" or "cheer-persons", sometimes called papasans or mamasans, who quote the prices and give advice about which girl should be chosen. they do not always give reliable advice. some may quote rip-off prices to tourists/newbies at some venues. some receive commissions or kick-backs from girls who they recommend. who can give the adviser a small tip (if they have given good advice - after your session is safest) as this is how they make their money. don't tip for bad advice. often its best to consider which girls you personally like first and ask the adviser if you are unsure. perhaps you would like to know what her figure is like or are the breasts real or fake and what size. don't allow the adviser to push you to a girl that isn't your type.3.3. some mps have a special extra surcharge for non-east-asian customers (known as farangs). this can be 500 baht, 1000 baht, or even 1500 baht. the girl will probably receive only half of the surcharge. the reason for it is unclear. some venues try to discourage foreigners unless they have plenty of money which may or may not correspond to upper-class. some venues believe foreigners can afford to pay more. others may consider that girls are at more risk of being hurt by foreigners with extra large dicks but this doesn't explain why the girl doesn't receive the whole surcharge. long time customers may be able to avoid farang surcharge in some cases dependent on the papasan involved. 3.4. a few mps have very inconsistent prices. the papasans may try to fleece unsuspecting newbies by quoting ridiculously inflated prices and pocketing the extra money. certainly newcomers should avoid these places. they may still be suitable for regular customers or those who can give the impression of being an experienced customer. some well known rip-off venues will be identified (although could happen at many venues). sometimes its more dependent on the personality of the papasan about how much they try to rip off newcomers. knowing the official prices before you get there can help and perhaps try to specify the price you expect before they quote you a price to indicate you know what the price should be. 3.5. its not a good idea to visit mp venues recommended by touts on the street or by taxi drivers. these people will receive a significant to very high commission that will come out of your pocket. the venues may well be inferior and not necessarily the ones shown in their brochures.3.6. choosing a girl with who you will have the right chemistry is a bit of a gamble and even experienced mongers can have bad luck choosing a below average girl on occasions. girls who put on an "act" are risky. girls who are absolute newcomers with no experience can also be risky. they may not know how to do anything. calling a girl out for a drink and chat first before deciding on the session has helped some forum members make a good decision (assumes she speaks your language). 3.7. it can be difficult to assess a girl's figure while she is sitting down. large bottoms or thighs can be obscured. push-up bras can make their tits look bigger. plenty of girls have silicone implants and nose-jobs. despite difficulty to see the girls figure properly, at least we know she is really a woman. there are no ladyboys.3.8. some parlor girls don't have much english. varies by venue. this should not be viewed as a big problem. attend these places primarily for a relaxing bath and sex. if you require an expert massage, consult with the papasan as to who is expert.3.9. its quite possible to obtain the cell-phone number of a mp girl or a cheer-person so that you can check when a particular girl is working. i maintain p4p phone numbers in my monger-sim in my cheap monger-cell-phone. this phone is only switched on when i choose. 3.10. it is normally expected that you will pay for your own and one lady drink in the room shortly after you enter. drink waitresses rely on small tips to make a living.3.11. at many soapy mps, the price, e.g. 1800 baht is all inclusive, meaning that you get sex as well. however if the price is around 500 baht, it is likely to be a massage price only. the girl will then expect an extra tip for sex of possibly 1000 baht which should be discussed to avoid misunderstanding. a blow job would usually be cheaper and a hand relief, cheaper still. a girl will probably receive half of an all inclusive price, or even less if she has to split with an agent. so extra tips are appreciated by the girls. give extra tips for good service or where negotiated for sex that was not included in original price. 3.12. at many soapy mps, the official opening time may be 13:00 for example, but often not many girls are made up and ready before 15:00.3.13. an mp is really only as good as the girl you choose. should you find a "star" performer, consider repeating in the future rather than taking the gamble of choosing a new girl. however its best to build a list of favorites to avoid disappointment since often you favorite may be busy, away, no longer working, etc. 3.14. beware that there are some soapy mps reported to discriminate racially or by skin color, claiming to be a private members club to some would-be customers. in case of mistake, i don't wish to name any. a few mps may not accept any farangs whatsoever, or perhaps only those who speak thai. 3.15 all customers should dress at least good casual and be as body odor free as possible well when visiting mps, particularly the high class establishments. i would not show up in a singlet and thongs! poorly dressed or drunk customers may be refused entry. load mouthed and disrespectful behaviour will also not be viewed favourably. so if the establishment looks classy, act accordingly and remember that many mps are membership clubs as well (this can be seen on some of the web sites) so they wish to maintain quiet decorum so as not to upset the members.3.16 the addresses of some soapies are pretty much useless (not unusual in thailand)! you often need directions in order to find them or a map. telephone no like +66 (0)2 234 5671 -8 shows +66 as the prefix if calling from another country (where the following zero is dropped out) e.g. +6622345671 thru to +6622345678. if calling from inside thailand 02 is bangkok prefix, so all numbers between 022345671 and 022345678. 3.16 the names of some soapies may have multiple spellings when changed to english, e.g. evita (avita); bangkok cozy (cosy); chavala (chavalla, chawala, chawalla); chao phya ii (phaya, phya, cp-ii, cp2, etc). this makes web and forum searches tricky.3.17 strangely the girls in cheaper price brackets, e.g. "fishbowl" girls often (but not always) give better service than sideline girls and "models", who may get carried away with their own self importance. really new girls are a risky proposition as they may not know what to do or may be scared of farangs due to weak english skills. older more experienced girls can be great and still good looking, but very personality dependent. the best choice is often intermediate. fresher girls but with a reasonable amount of experience, even if its not strictly mp experience. 3.18 very heavy traffic popular mps can have very few girls available even though the total girls is large. they may be all busy. the best girls may be snapped up very quickly. in very busy places, you may need to be patient until your ideal choice comes back from a prior session. then you may need to call for her very quickly for someone else takes her away. 3.19 don't show up at official opening time (no girls at all). best arrival time is early but not too early, e.g. 4pm but dependent on the opening time. try to arrive when most the best girls have arrived for not long and just finished their makeup to come out on view. arriving late at night like 11pm can lead to disappointment as best girls are either busy or have gone home already. very busy mps may have no girls left at all by 11pm. 3.20 legally the girls have to be least 18 to work in a soapy mp and these days must have thai identity cards. some mps may be flouting these rules and police raids are possible but probably rare.3.21 girls are required to be tested regularly for general stds and hiv. some mps have on-site testing. this may help prevent faked medical tests.3.22 sadly some girls are on contracts with a papasan who has lent the girl money to get her family out of financial difficulty or provides all lodging, transport, meals etc. this means the mp owner gets approx half of the fee, and the pimp gets half or more of the remainder(sometimes all of it). this has a number of effects. the pimp/papasan will recommend his special contract girl(s) of course. the girls may have been moved to an inflated price bracket (more than what they are worth). if these girls give good service, they will be extremely appreciative of a tip which they may be able to keep without sharing with the pimp. on the other hand, some may be so honest as to tell the pimp about all tips received (this defies belief but thais believe they will have bad luck if deceitful, which is why vote buying in elections works). 3.23 pricing in general assumes 2 hours for fishbowl girls and 1.5 hours for sideline girls and models. b-course girls can be either 1.5 or 2 hours, so usually will be stated. 3.24 some girls may have a child already. these will be less popular with many asian customers as they require very "fresh" girls and very tight pussies.3.25 some mp girls may do 3 customers per day, others only 1, and some, might not even get a single customer, so how much money would be needed to persuade a girl not to go to work. the answer varies tremendously.3.26 can book more than one girl concurrently, but may be disappointed if you didn't ask the girl what she would be comfortable with. some girls are too shy for this.3.27 a girl can refuse to take a particular customer. there is no use being too upset if this should happen since you may not know the reason. some girls are very small and are scared of big dicks. some girls are scared of farangs as they can't speak english. some girls may be scared of certain races, perhaps for no good reason. some girls will refuse any guy with a bad reputation. some girls may refuse a customer based on hearsay from a friend which may have been a completely false story (happened to me once). certainly guys not fit, healthy, and in clean condition can be refused.3.28 do not complain that the supplied condom was too small. take your own supply, if necessary. i always take durex "comfort" and keep durex lube in my bag. ky is too sticky and some girls have no lube at all, assuming that their natural juices will be enough (this would only be true for guys who pop quickly). condoms create friction and therefore require lube as well. 3.29 if your dick won't go in properly, it could be that the girl is wearing a foam sponge internally due to her period just completing recently and too avoid any chance of colour. sponges greatly interfere with comfortable sex. even though you can touch it, some girls will vehemently deny that it is there. others may be prepared to remove it. warning - condoms moving against a sponge causes friction and possible condom breakage. 3.30 how many shots/pops are guaranteed? this is a difficult question to answer simply. there is a general assumption that in 2 hour sessions, there is enough time for 2 shots assuming that the customer reaches each shot relatively easily. this will not apply to all customers. some will be happy with just one shot (that is me), and some get no shots at all (may just want to talk to the girl). i have heard from girls that some customers shoot so easily that they could get 4 or more shots into a session. in general customers should ask beforehand (the girl or maybe the papasan) for 2 shots and negotiate a suitable tip for the girl which may be just 500 baht tip. at some places, such as darling, the girl may expect more tip than that for the 2nd shot. possibly annies are expecting 500 baht already for the first shot and more for the second. catherines and la defense are reputed to guarantee 2nd shots. many mps provide bj and body massage in the tub. if first pop results, then no reason why shouldn't get a 2nd shot on the bed, but best to ask and promise a suitable tip. so in the end the tip has to be commensurate to how the the girl has to work and to the number of shots. cheap charlies will probably find it hard to get more than one shot and any decent service at all. a bangkok cozy girl will only be making 600 baht out of total price of 1300 baht. so promise her a 500 baht tip, and she will be happy to please you. for 1k she might be prepared to go to extra special things. on the other hand, i get good service from most girls before they
