If you intend to do A+, ask for it specifically during the lineup (in front of everyone), before choosing the girl. Do not leave any ambiguity, do not simply assume she'll do it if listed on the website or you heard it from another punter or it's shop policy. I never had a girl refuse A+ if she confirmed she'd do it right before I picked her.

I am somewhat amused when I read members describing a session with a working girl as a real "GFE". Come on, it's not.

GFE has been a well accepted term on ISG on threads on many countries. It simply means you get enthusiasm and services you would normally expect from a real GF and often more.
