On the other hand, several times I just assumed A+ and didn't specifically confirm, the girls tried to refuse, and this included a regular at SW I've done A+ with before (I reminded her of this and she changed her mind, but it just wasn't nice to be denied what you know is available).

This is the thing. Some new or newish places like Doki Doki and Momo are doing well, other places not so well. Some posters are making it sound like there's been an 80% drop in customers but I go to the oilies once or twice a week and haven't noticed anything different. It's normal for the low season to be a bit quieter. The shops seem to be managing to recruit new girls too, just none that have both the looks and service level to be a superstar.
