Even with a boarding pass in hand, if you come to the airport 60 min ahead of time, you're taking a gamble (may work for a domestic, and it's no big deal if you miss one too, but not for long-haul or even regional). All it takes is the line being slightly longer than usual at either immigration or security, or the gate being far away to miss it. Suvarnabhumi is enormous, you often need to walk over 800 m to the gate, which alone takes 15 min if you know exactly where to run.

I probably should have mentioned the 3 places I mentioned by name are not as far as Sri Nakkarin road, in fact one was very very close to the airport, so not a problem to get to it at all, in a timely manner. So is doable (for some people). Why one would want it, is a bit unclear.

Theoretically, if the layover is in the right time window (roughly 3 pm to midnight), might be best to pick a soapie near an Airport Link station (Chaophraya 2 near Rachaprarop, La Belle near Makkasan, not sure if there's one near Ramkhamhaeng station too). Train travel times are predictable, since you don't have to wait in a taxi queue or contend with traffic.
However, with a 4 h layover, you need to spend about 1 h to go down that super-long hallway and through immigration, and be back at the airport at least 90 min ahead of the flight for departure (if you already have the boarding pass). This only leaves 90 min for transportation time plus the session. Would be too much stress for me, but perhaps worthwhile if you're desperate.

Srinakharin road has MPs naturally. Also Phattanakarn, both less than 30 minutes away. Probably closer places exist.
On Google Maps I searched for erotic massage near to Prawet.
Two places that came up within a reasonable distance form airport were Princess Spa (very close) and Angel Relax in Bang Na (would need to exit airport the back way). Bunny Spa was another option, perhaps closer than Angel. Funny how they use the term Spa but advertise erotic massage.
I have never tried either place so cannot say exactly what is the service. Most of us have no need for places close to the airport. I would never take a Bangkok layover as short as 4 hours. That would be just silly in my mind.
I am willing to help, even if just because I can use Google Maps. In general everyone has to learn how to search for things.
