Comparing like with like, it is my experience that I got more P4P girls do DFK in Thailand (or SE Asia in general) than in Europe.

Hookers in Europe almost never allow kissing on the lips and invariably their reason is that such is reserved for lovers only. DFK they might perhaps do for an extra fee.
