Interesting that you did not pay the 500 baht backdoor surcharge in that I (I suspect along with others) don't patronize Bamboo as a sort of protest against the surcharge. I don't know for 60 minutes, but 90 minutes is multipop at least in these oilies (there are people here with much more experience in BKK than myself):

Bongkot, Mango, Snowwhite, Cherry, Candy (at least should be) and a couple more. Just read through the thread, there are recent discussions based on other peoples evidences.

Expect generally + 1500 baht for the "special massage" if not included in the price already. Eg. EZ1-2/ Allstars list the total price (but generally one pop only. Although sometimes you're offered more).

A+ is only "mandatory" at Bongkot, at the other ones you need to check girl by girl if A+ is on the menu.
