Swallow is a service that can definitely be agreed with Brazilian girls, but as a general rule they don't for health reasons.

I think you can easily find what you are looking for once you have moved there, sample a few girls, find one you like, then become her regular. Don't have her live with you though, that will majority cramp your style.
