You can buy the house with the land, but your property will then be rented for another 3 years to the Angels. After that. You can terminate the contract. If you can. I mean, if they let you.

They have properly ran out of money at the FKK World by investing in FKK Mainhatten, which will never compete with Palace, Palace is much more classy.

From what I understand they just need some cash. They had some problems with Finanzamt / TAX and also they invested money not only in Mainhatten but also in FKK-Planet.

That the owner and lease holder are not the same is very common also in other clubs. I do not expect an impact on the current business but that is something only future can tell.

The company running FKKW is the Käunzberg Gastronomie GmbH in Pohlheim, Germany.

According to the local newspaper, the main person in charge and at least two general managers are HAMC members. Needless to say that selling the property shortly after two major raids could give the impression that the current owner is having some doubts about the lease really being continued (and paid) for the next three years (or prolonged after that).

Okay I got it now. The advert is for the purchase of presumably the land where there is a lease to the FKK World business with a remaining period of 3 years. FKK World has been in existence for 7 years now so having 3 years to run on the lease makes sense to make a round 10 year lease.

A search of the land registry should show who the land owner is and also who is the lease holder which I presume is the company that runs FKK World which you see is the licensee and the club owner at reception.
