I have visited some bad places in Europe but never saw something like that, it was like someone took the worst of the Frankfurt red light district and full an entire street with that.

But it wasn't enough for us so we took the road to the chemical district, called "Marghera". Along the long straight roads like "Fratelli Bandiera" and "Malcontenta" we saw many hookers, but nothing special. The more you enter the district the more you find desolation and emptiness, so findind an hooker standing there with nothing around its strange and creepy.

My friend told me that during daytime you can find many hookers here, expecially gypsy and romanian, and some have their RV were you can spend your time.

So, for me was a sad experience. If you go to Venice don't expect to find pay sex, unless you leave the city center on the lagoon and go back to the land. If you take the train you will find a station called "Mestre", just before the big bridge that takes you to Venice, that's your place! Mestre's station is ugly, dirty and dangerous, just as you could expect from a red light district.

Mestre is NOT a RLD (they don's exist in Italy) but works like one: the So you will find many Chinese massage parlours (look for them in google maps) where it's easy to get full service. Some years ago the main road in front of the station was basically owned by Chinese entrepreneurs, and you could find many of those parlors (one of them was even secret, not neonboards outside, you had to know the right place where to ring), then the police came and some places were closed.
