I went there around 1:30 on Friday and they only had one gal to choose from, Anne (or Annie?). A couple others seemed to be sleeping in the front room but I guess they were resting their pussies for the night because they weren't available. Anne was Chinese. 30ish, not in that great of shape and didn't have any skillz that impressed me. Based on that experience, I wouldn't go back. Times are really getting tough in Spain and late in the year may be a better time. Also, another option may be Fuengirola which is a really great place to be and very easy to get there. Interesting. 2 press articles over the weekend suggested that property prices would fall about 25% this year, with all the shit that is going on in Spain and an expected bailout needed later in the year. I think that December / January would be a very good time to look and buy. The euro will probably also weaken, making it that much cheaper. Others will disageree, but that is my humble opinion and I have been closely watching property in Spain for over 10 years.

Its a proper club. There are street girls outside the clubs in the corner. But go in the club. Its an underground club and heaven on earth. Even if you don't screw a chick, you will have a good time looking around semi clad chicks having fun. There are about 40-50 girls on thu, fri and sat. You can try the other clubs I mentioned to you as well. Avoid street as its not fun. That is my opinion. To each his own.

I have for years considered investing in a small apartment in spain. I see that prices are still falling and it is possible to do a good trade. Time passes in my favor and I try to keep track of interesting objects.

I would like to be near the sea and also near a good supply of willing ladies and brothels.

I consider both Valencia and Barcelona. I've never been a long time in some of these cities so I thought to ask about how you would advise me to invest.

Is there a big price difference on both sex and apartments in these two cities or almost equal?

Have any other suggestions that they believe are better than the two cities I have singled out?

And finally: Someone who has good experience with a Spanish real estate agent who can help me with a good deal?

Go to Sala Maxx. All your requirements are available there. Street girls are on the service roads towards the airport. There is also a club called Kiss near the airport in the poligono industrial estate. I think Maxx is best for you. Ask for Reineta over there. She is a rock star. I don't know if she is still there. In cheap clubs you can try Club Glamour. Its on the Autovia A-3 again in the poligono industrial.

I spent a few days in Valencia a couple of weeks ago and visited the Maxx club. This on the V31 road, near Exit 8 so it is easy to find. Admission is 10 Euros, which includes the first drink (I never found out what the second drink would cost!). Inside there is a large bar area with lots of girls, mostly East European and some of them very attractive. I went about 10pm on a Thursday evening and the place was far from busy. I sat at the bar and was approached by a Russian girl, who spoke good English. A 'Lady Drink' is 20 Euros, so I declined to buy her one of these. For one hour, she asked for E150 + E20 for the room, but after a bit of discussion we agreed E120 + E20. Payment is made at a cash office and the club charges 7% for credit cards, so pay cash if you can.

The room was smart and very clean. The bathroom had a large bath, but may friend refused my request to make love in it. We had a shower, then back to the bedroom. All action was covered, but still very enjoyable as this girl was stunning and very good in bed. Unusually, I actually had the full hour with her in the room and there was no element of clock watching.

Maxx is a bit on the expensive side, but it has great girls and good facilities so I will be back there on my next trip to Valencia.
