    Escorts on KS?

Going to KS, but not to Lamai. Driving over for bar Life just won't suit me this time, so I need an escort agency that provide girls to locations on Koh Samui with little or zero nightlife, or a hint about a very good independent who has internet ads.

    Thank you for any help.

    Bophut activity

As far as I know lady activity in Bophut is about zero, Fisherman's Village lower than that. Unless you trip across a freelance lady enjoying a night off. The nearest possibility would be a couple of bars on the main road in Maenam (Maybe. I have no personal experience except the occasional beer there). You would certainly find company in the bars of Bangrak, but Lamai has a better atmosphere.

    Areas to stay?

Headed to Ko Samui midweek for several days and wondering what part of island to stay? I will not be renting a motorcycle so where I end up will be my locale for most of my stay.

I have read that Lamai or Chaweng are the best for our hobby and the overall ambience but wondering if anyone has spent time in Bophut or Fisherman Village area. There appear to be a lot of decently priced and nice accommodations there plus the town appears to offer some interesting sites. But, what about hobbyist activity.

I did Phuket to Samui via Lomprayah last year. Took me basically the whole day. But had no issues with luggage transfer from the Phuket bus to the ferry and then again to the shuttle in Nathon harbour which took me to my hotel in Chaweng. All very easy. Just time constraining.

I do agree with Daddy San. I stayed at Am Samui Palace in July 2013 and it is close to everything. The beach, the shops and the bars. Avoid "garden view", it overlooks the parking lot and is close to the main road which may mean a little noisy at night.

Any recommendations on the hotel? Some were mentioning Lamai Wanta in this thread, and with the current offers it seems like a reasonable choice, but maybe any updates / opinions on this?

With the action it seems there is the main bars spot in Lamai where all the action happens, plus obviously the massages. But again any tips will be very welcome!

    Thanks so much in advance!
    Hi Dart,

I was on KS in the second week of February and stayed at Am Samui Palace in Lamai Beach. Booked a pool view room incl. Breakfast via Agoda for THB 2500.

Nice, quiet room, fair breakfast, totally GF.

In case you are interested, there are many MPs in Lamai. I used one of several at the north end of Lamai Beach (ca 9. 468318,100. 047689) and found a nice lady there.

    Two bits of advice:

    1. rent a motorbike THB 200 / day at the reception. Th island is far too large to explore on foot and too expensive by taxi.

    2. FLY to Samui, I. E. DON'T fly to Surat Thani and take the ferry. Though cheaper, it takes practically the whole day and getting your luggage between shuttle bus and ferry is a big PITA.

I reported on this last year, look back a few pages. It might have all changed, of course.

    Massage

I am staying in Bang Por now but have traveled to Lamai for massage. Had no problem finding girls willing FS. They are subdued in front because of authorities, But once inside Very friendly. There were good selection from different age, very good attitude. And long time available.

There is at least an average of one dead casualty every month on the island and quite some injured farangs because of motorbikes accidents. One might be careful but thai car drivers might not. The biker will succumb, whoever has the right.

So bear that in mind. Not to mention possible accidents due to a bit more alcohol in the body.
Yes, yes, yes so true, I rented while their and you give very valuable information, I would only use for around town stuff, be safe.

The main motivation is p4 p, as a change from BKK and I do understand that Samui is different in that sense.

The impression I get from this forum is that moving around the island is not easy and once you have decided on, say Chaweng or Lamai, that's where you tend to stay.

Is this impression correct and why? After all all, the distances are not that great.

    1. What is / are the available means of transport (motorbike, bahtbus, taxi. , scooter rental) and what are the typical costs?

    2. What is the "taxi maffia" all about?

    3. If I find a (bar) lady I fancy and want to keep her for a few days (beach, trips around the island and to the mainland), what would be a reasonable daily fee?

    Thanks for your input.

    Hi Daddy San,

The best about transportation is motor bike, it will cost you per day 250 bt or 200 bt (discount for long time).

Taxi will cost you more, by example they will ask you 500 bt to go to Chaweng from Lamai (one way).

About lady bar, they will ask you 2000 bt + 300 bt bar fine , but you can deal 1000 bt or 1500 bt + 300.

Two bars I like are Full moon bar (good pool table and quiet. Sometimes) and Ploy bar (crazy ladies).

    Enjoy

    GF hotel in Chaweng

Can you recommend any GF hotel for about 50 USD per night with a safety box in the room in Chaweng?
