Went in Chicago with a couple bros about 9 PM Sunday night after a quick meal in Al Capone.

I think everyone that's mentioned QC in the US is correct. But I'll share my experience. I only buy meds from Piri. They certainly have the best prices but having used them for years now, I've not had a single problem. So I don't have a huge fear of fake meds. It certainly happens in Mexico, but I have never had that experience there.

The other thing I've found is that the Maxifort brand of sildenafil works best for me. When I say works best, it definitely does the job but it also has the least side effects. I imagine that may vary person to person. But just sharing my experience.

I with Maxifort package theirs in single packages instead of the big bottle. It's a pain to explain it to the HK security guys every time and I am warry of Tijuana's LEO demanding proof it's not contraband.

So I noticed the regular had limited furniture in her apartment and I offered to get her some nightstands from offerup for cheap in SoCal. Couple of years ago, I tried the Cialis and it worked with zero side effects. But then I tried Tadalafil, the generic Cialis that I bought from a pharmacy in Mexico, it had zero effect. Turned out that Mexico did not make Tadalafil at the time. So I ingested a counterfeit. Fuck.

Nowadays I only take the Viagra generic with the proper packaging, expiration date and bought from a Mexican pharmacy. I figured that the price is so low per pill that counterfeiters wouldn't bother making fake Viagra. And so far it has worked out good.

I also take the lowest MG possible. This is like my rule of thumb when I take any new medication whether it's a boner pill or headache pill. Exactly why I get my scripts from US. More scrutiny and QA / QC completed on meds and not worry about counterfeit or bogus meds.
