One time I was in there, and the girl I was with suddenly stiffened and tried to look inconspicuous. I asked "what's up?" Just came from there, dead! How they stay open is beyond me!

Could it even be money laundering? The great conundrum & even more so is how they can be open in the afternoon. Peeped in last week and there was absolutely only one gal working, no bartender.

I asked the doorman if he was the bartender just out for some sun, he laughed and said no. We left on that note.

Actually I was in there about 2 months ago and did see 2 decent girls on a Saturday night. Funny but both girls were moonlighting because they normally work the day shift in HK.

Well that's the problem. You unwisely went on a Sunday. Had you been there at peak time on a Saturday night, you would have seen 3 ladies. How the Chicago Club remains open is one of those mysteries in Tijuana. Maybe it's a front for something else.

I asked the HK driver what ever happened to Chicago that used to be the top club? He said that the word is that there were rumors of transvestites working out of there, and consequently customers never came back even after the scandal was cleared up.

Leyva rate on Wed night was 300 peso. Still a bargain with exchange at border at 1:15.78= $19. Monday and Tues is 30 peso cheaper. It may change as the dollar keeps getting stronger, market exchange rate at the end of the day when I left work was 1:16.11.

The room rates get adjusted frequently at the Leyva, sometimes to reflect changing currency exchange rates.

Whatever amount you pony up to Victor in the oficina, 20 pesos of it is a key deposit that you get refunded when they inspect your room upon checkout.

Hotel Leyva is about 1.5 blocks a way from the alley. Most chicas won't walk that far for a screw.

Hotel Mini is right in the middle of the alley. Each room has a large wall mirror. The room is basic but clean, about the same as the new larger rooms in Leyva.

I think they rent out the room all night for about 250 pesos. Most alley chicas would go there for a fuck. The wall mirror can really turn them on. The chicas get wet and horny, watching themselves fucked in the mirror. Also It's fun to go out on the balcony looking down on all the sexy hub nub in the alley.

Supply and demand should definitely be an issue. Ratio of guys to girls. Quality of girls to their peers. If your plan of action works for you, go for it. Some guys are more concerned about looks than performance. Others performance is their priority. Let us know how you make out.

I've read others' post stating that some of the other bar chicas are hung up on their own ego especially when they know they are hot. I'll give my theory a test and let you all know how it went.
