I was wandering aroung the zona last night, around 9:30-ish. I was going to call it quits, but, on a whim, wandered into CC just to take a leak and check it out.

The second I walked in the door, there was a lady just checking her coat at the kiosk. She looked familiar, and we both did a bit of a double-take.

Then I smiled, and she smiled. It was Helena (or Elena. She spells it with a silent H). Wow.

I haven't seen her for ages. Last I (or anyone) heard she moved off to DF. But, once a hooker.

I think some of the old timers here will remember her. She used to work CC, then moved off to AB, then went to DF to live with her son, I think. I guess the hairdresser thing didn't pan out? She said she'd gone from DF to Juarez, and then to Algodones earlier this year. Tijuana was too cold. She's supposedly been back in Tijuana for about a month.

Anyway, she does certainly look a bit worse for the wear. She's put on a bit of weight, and looks older. She must be closer to 50 than 40 now. But she still has that maginficent head of hair, and the very best saline implants in the business. She's still ditzy as all get out, and has that dopey fan. She loves to dance. I still love her personality, and she's probably still pretty good in the sack.

She said she had to go back to another customer when she finished the drink. No biggie, I wasn't going to go arriba with her, anyway. I tipped her $5, again for old time's sake. She wandered back to the bar where some dude was sitting, apparently waiting for her. I finished my beer, waved to her, and left.

So, nothing exciting happened. It was just a pleasant surprise.

Chicago got raided Friday night. The police were there to check for health cards. They did not bother the customers. One girl the waitress was taken away. All the other girls were stayed at the club. It lasted about 15 minutes.

If its slow, you can ask for $40. I am well aware the most locals get less than $50 every time. They know a girl may say no at first, but as the night drags on they generally accept it. Thing is by then you may not be interested.

trip report.

i was a little confused on how the drinks worked. you have to buy a beer for the girl to sit with you, but do you have to keep buying beers for her to stay. this was my first trip in years, and would like some advice from the board on best way to get girls to your hotel, and how to buy as few drinks as possible while keeping the girl there.

it's up to the girl if she stays with you or not but generally they require a drink. regardless, you will constantly be pestered by meseros to buy more drinks so it's hard to avoid. a good way to tell if the girl is a good one or not is the speed she finishes her drink. an ab shark will down her drink in less than a minute. some will milk their drinks for a good, long time.

some hk girls only do private dances and don't go to the hotel at all. most who do go will want to go to the hk hotel so they can get back to the bar more quickly. with them, the best bet to get them to your hotel is to wait until the end of their shift when they are off.

Well, I am back from my trip and let me tell you, it was fun. The place has really improved compared to the old days. There are palm trees now downtown and it's very lit up. I always felt safe and feel the crime thing is overblown. Hk is a sight to behold. So many hot chicas. I felt like I was back in brazil when the exchange rate was good. Money was no object this trip compared to Brazil when it was all I worried about. HK and Adelitas are the only good places now. CC had 2 people in the whole place. I can't believe what happened to that place. The strip clubs like madonas are now a ghost town and a dump. Revolution is dead. I didn't go to Amnesia. Any reviews on that? Very few barkers now. The main reason I loved Hk and kind of AB is the girls are wearing bikinis and you can now see their body. The last time I was there, you had to guess on how much they were hiding. In 2006 in Mexico city discussed with doctor as subject of interest to me, we were in a cantina together, he works with sex workers, I am sure this guy did more than work with them! LOL. Even if a woman had HIV the chances of getting it from one time encounter are extremely tiny! Especially woman to man! Hetrosexual couples living together or married for years where woman had it the rate of infection to man varies from 10% to 25% depending on study one would think it closer to 100% but no! Of course we should be carefully who wants to be that unlucky sucker one in say 100, 000! Not I? Nor you either! Sadly some will pay $80 or more but they are either ignorant, rich, stupid or gullible. Not everyone knows that the average rate is $60 or that many chicas go for $50 or less if you have bought a couple of drinks. The chicas do need to pay back the house for a couple of ficha drinks each time they go up (is my understanding) so they will try to get a better rate (for them) if you haven't coughed up 2 or 3 drinks.

I don't see how the CC chicas can refuse $60 unless they are the 2 or 3 star dancers and the only chicas there making any real money.

Read the thread on HIV transmission. It quotes a reputable study that transmission rates from an HIV positive woman to an unprotected male ranges from 3 in 10, 000 to 9 in 10, 000. Meaning that if 10, 000 guys banged an HIV positive woman bareback, between 3 and 9 of them would contract HIV. Of course that's not saying which of the 10, 000 guys it would be. The first or the last.

Tijuana Zona Norta typical chica have training in sex education and go thru frequent medical examination. Most are very particular as to what one can do including kissing. Chicas are in a regulated City of Tijuana activity.

My guess is Brazil wg are less trained in health safety issues and not regulated.
