So I decided to take a trip down to my favorite Zona last Saturday. I hit up the usual places. I swing by Adelitas to see if there is any new talent. I've only gotten colds from girls in Tijuana which often times will have sore throat as a symptom. Remember Occam's Razor. Oft times the most obvious, simple explanation is the actual explanation. The clubs are great places to spread non-STIs like colds, flu, strep throat, &c because of all the people.

It is probably too early for physical symptoms of an STI to manifest itself. Especially in a non contact area like you're throat. If you're losing sleep over it, go see a doctor.
