I now know a little about these pinay (LOL). I live on the eastern seaboard and where I'm at there isn't a lot of pinay here. I was nervous about going because of the language barrier but have found out most speak English. I have been researching a lot including asking my father that was stationed there a long time ago. I'm a Black man and have not had any problems. In person or online. The way you can tell you will have success with a Pinay (or any Asian woman you may meet at a bar) is simple. If you go into a place that has a mixed crowd (Black and White and other races) the odds are that they will go for White guys. Like anything else some like black men and some do not. Having said that white men also have the same problem. Assuming Angeles city bars open, the girls there will go with anybody for money. You will not have any problem. If one girl says no, there will be plenty that say yes.
