Even if she gets the tourist visa for the destination country, BI officials will offload her at NAIA. If she is just some typical poor low paid or unemployed young Filipina with no money, the BI will know that she intends to work illegally.

I would disagree with this very broad statement as having taken pinays to Europe as long as you follow the rules it is OK. Schengen visa helps as they can't offload if you have that a the European country has deemed you to be OK (as you need to have proof financial ability and insurance before the visa is granted). Be with the girl if possible as much easier.

So don't say that as it is too general.

I have seen pinays off loaded at Cebu and Manila but also seen them in Europe and they are are not OFW.

Even saw a LB getting a visa in Cebu for his / her European trip (not his / her first time either). If you had a PM I would tell you more rather than bore everyone here with the details.

Its not something that will stress the company. The location is 200 km north of the arctic circle so I think they would see it as what makes me happy and keeps me there is ok with them. They will organize the visa. As I am not a European citizen I'm not sure how they assess these things.

They give me and my partner business class fares, that may help as well!

I am getting an expat job shortly in Europe. It provides a house and I can nominate a partner to join me. I have a couple of girls in mind from the Philippines to fill that role since I can only take holidays every 6 months and am thinking having one on tap for a year or so would be convenient.

With travel restrictions I don't see it feasible to go there and travel with her to avoid problems so are there any ways to ensure there are no hiccups with immigration. Research it. Very simple. Look at the country's website (the Embassy) and follow the rules. If Schengen it will mean lots of documents to prove she is your companion so as a starter for 10 (as they say on TV) you need bank statements (yours and hers), medical insurance proof for when she is there, photos of proof of relationship (dick pics are not welcome LOL), ticket proof (depends which country), hotel proof or evidence that where she stay with you is genuine, passports copies of both of you, letter of support (some like the financial element letter also but depends on the country) plus more.

And of course she maybe given a 3 month visa or a 2 week visa you never know.

I know all this as I have done this many times before but you are free to ignore the advice from me and others.

Then of course she can leave as she has the visa no issues, but can she leave in Covid times and can you be sure she will be admitted into the country in Covid times.

Mayeb as others say is to wait until you are there and see the lay of the land or go visit her when you are allowed.

Laws or at least enforcement is very strict in Europe. While your intentions are to have a live in companion from Philippines, there are many issues and problems. Philippine women are best enjoyed and left in their own country. Once taken out of the country they will have lot of power. Once out they prefer to stay out of the country and make a good life for themselves legal or illegal.

Your plan is a contract. Problems include getting her a visa, hoping Philippine immigration will let her out, your compensation agreed or not, her demand to send home money for this and that and the empowerment of the power she gets being in Europe. Your plan is thinking Philippine women will be subservient in Europe is totally wrong.

Better make frequent trips to Philippines and enjoy the women there.

If I were you I would wait until I get there. You will be amazed at the amount of Pinays around the world working. There will be a few there, and just bide your time to find them and set up an agreement with one of them. I am sure that there will be a domestic worker or "entertainer" or a cousin or sister of one that will need a place to stay and will be willing to work on your program to be a temporary shack up person. I am willing to say, there will also be numerous Chinese or Thai women also in that same boat. Just need to read forums like this, find out where the action is and start from there.

Outbound travel for Filipinos right now is mostly for OFWs. Even in non covid times a Filipina travelling by herself overseas will raise a red flag with Philippines immigration. If she has never travelled abroad before she will almost certainly be offloaded if she is travelling on a tourist visa by herself. Offloading at NAIA can only be avoided if you are travelling with her on the same ticket and you have extensive documentation and proof of your relationship with her. You will have to prove that you have known her for sometime, with evidence that you will support her financially and guarantee her safe return to the Philippines. You don't say how old this girl is, or her background, if she has a decent paying job, if she has travelled before or how you met her. If she is just some random bar girl or dating site girl you barely know or even met in person, the chances of her boarding a flight out of the Philippines is zero. Some naive province girl, who has never held a passport and travelled before and is trying to board a flight to the other side of the world by herself, will raise immediate suspicion with the BI. It would not matter what documents she takes with her, if you are not there with her when the BI interview her, they will not let her on the flight.

A few years ago a friend of mine too his girl to Hong Kong. Sure enough they stopped her at immigration and conducted an intensive interview. They were prepared with pictures, FB posts and messages of them to prove it was a relationship over time. It helped that he was there to answer questions. In the end he had to sign papers that he was financially responsible for her and would bring her back. Of course there no visa required for her visit to HK. They let her travel out of the country and said because it was her first time out they had to investigate.

The following year he took her and her 2 children to Hong Kong for a weeks vacation. They had prepared for the dreaded interviews including a death certificate for the kids father and coached the 2 kids for the interviews and about going to Disneyland. They sailed through immigration without one question!

Who knows how immigration will handle things. It is best to be prepared to back up the relationship. It would be easier if you are there to answer questions and show you are traveling with her. Also you may need to sign financial responsibility papers for her.

I think having a visa for her will help greatly. You might search non essential travel requirements for Philippine citizens.
