Yeh, why buy the book (marriage), when you can join the library (hit and run).

The Cane posted an interesting article on a study done in Australia on the "big age gap" in relationships fellas planning to retire to the Philippines and settle down to domestic bliss with a nubile Filipina may find interesting. The study found that men with younger wives are the most satisfied initially, while men married to older women are the least. Women are also particularly dissatisfied when they are married to older husbands and particularly satisfied if they are married to younger husbands.
However, the article provided even more discouraging news for age gap romance as follows: "According to an analysis of 3,000 married couples, the bigger the age gap between a couple, the more likely they are to split than same-age couples. For instance, couples with 10 years between them were 39 percent more likely to split than a same-age couple, while those with a 20-year gap were 95 percent more likely. Couples with a 30-year differential were pretty much doomed: 172 percent more likely to end up divorced."
Perhaps, pensioners may be better off sticking to mongering and a maid, instead of seeking short-lived domestic bliss based on the terrible odds.

Soldiers Wives and Girlfriends (SWAGS).
MENSTRUAL CYCLE AND OVULATION PERIOD. Married ones.
Most girls don't understand this because of much heavy grammar used to teach it, and we don't listen to our body too. I read, I started listening to my body for signs and I arrived at the simple analysis / steps.
👉MENSTRUAL PERIOD: The time blood flows out of your private area, when you use pad.
👉MENSTRUAL CYCLE: Days it takes to see another blood in the month. If you last saw your period in June 11th and it started again on July 10th 2017, then you have 30 days cycle (count from 11 June to 10 July).
NOTE: It is erroneous to believe its 28 days cycle, different women have different cycles ranging from 21-35 days.
👉OVULATION PERIOD: This is time to get pregnant without stress. This is 2 weeks after your period or 2 weeks before the next period.
Here's a simple way to calculate your ovulation (unsafe) period.
1. From the first day you see the blood of your period.
2. Pick up a calendar and count 15 days including the first day of the blood stain.
3. Mark the 15th day with a pen.
4. Mark 3 days before the 15th day, and mark 3 days after the 15th day.
6. You will notice you have 7 days marked.
These 7 days are your ovulation / fertile days also known as unsafe period.
That is if you have sex on any of these days, then you have 98% chances of being pregnant.
7. Do this every month diligently.
EVERY OTHER DAY IS YOUR SAFE PERIOD.
For example:
1. If your period is 11th July, 2017.
2. 15 days after the first day of the blood stain will be on 25th of this July too (2 weeks after) counting from 11th.
3. 15th day is on the 25th July 2017.
4. 3 days before the 15th day is 22,23, 24.
5. 3 days after 25th July 2017 is 26,27,28.
6. 22-28th July (7 days) is when you are ovulating. It is your fertile period.
**Don't forget that the 7 days is a reminder that sperm stays in the female body for about 7 days. Any sexual contact in between ovulation period will form something that has ears, eyes, etc.
ALSO.
If you want a baby girl, have.
Sex between 3 days before ovulation (22- 24th) 2017.
For a baby boy on the main ovulation day and 3 days after 25th.
MAJOR SIGNS THAT YOUR OVULATION HAS BEGAN.
You don't need a doctor, just relax. After 2 weeks you may feel the following:
1. Headache.
2. High body temperature.
3. Dizziness (feeling of tiredness and sleepiness).
4. Breast tenderness / size increases just like when you are menstruating.
5. Increased sex drive.
6. Light cramps or pain on one side of the pelvis.
7. Abdominal bloating.
8. Heightened sense of smell, taste or vision (you eat more).
9. Vagina mucus becomes slippery (if you notice, put it in between fingers. It stretches like thick catarrh or snail mucus. Colorless like egg white.
And / be: The instance here is for ladies with 30 days cycle. And someone who saw her period in July 2017. If yours is 28, then it's 14 days and not 15 days.
If you have headache without a cause, check back to when your period started. You can drink both malt and peak milk. Don't run to the pharmacist always on issues that can be naturally handled, because drugs are not always good on girls. Or you can take only paracetamol.
👉MEN, read and educate your wives and sisters, most don't know this.

Going to plug again my fave, the IUD. Works ~100% confidence and it can't be forgotten, put off, confused, fucked up or otherwise rendered ineffective by a girl's nearly inevitable misunderstanding of reproductive anatomy, laziness, forgetfulness, or romantic dreams of producing mixed race offspring, without a deliberate visit to the doctor. I discovered this gem of contraceptive efficacy whilst in Thailand, and must note that for whatever reason Americans (such as myself) and indeed most anglosphere citizens seem to be completely ignorant of what is probably the single best, cheapest, least obtrusive and most convenient form of contraception invented by the human race to date. Which is probably because drug companies can't sell it on a monthly basis, it works for five+ years.
I fully agree with RK's report that Filipinos know shit about contraception, are prone not to follow a routine, and literally cannot understand how birth control pills actually work, nor yet discipline themselves to to use them according to the directions. I would warn anyone relying on any method of contraception that depends on the girl implementing it, to take a moment and reflect on the reality of that situation, which is that if you want something fucked up, then give that job to a Filipino. RK will probably not fully agree with that view, but I am less sentimental about the 7,101 islands' inhabitants. Compound this natural tendency to fail at doing things right with the fact that motivations may not be entirely what they are represented to be, if indeed there is any firm concept of motivations present at all, and I would say that you are safer crossing a minefield with a blindfold on than relying on birth control pills to prevent a pregnancy with your Filipina sweetheart.
In fairness I have not researched the depo shot, my thinking in general though is that the less hormonal interference the better, I have seen a lot of unfortunate reactions to BC pills in my time. The over the counter stuff you can easily get here is not tailored to the person using it as is possible in the West. IUD's cost about the same as what DCups was quoted for that workup, at least where I am. Might be more in Manila. Go with that or the vas, there are some advantages to having your boys snipped but an IUD can be taken out.

Make sure she understands to take the pill orally! Each day. Days 21-28 are placebos in the Trust brand but it keeps them in the habit of taking it daily. Others might have only 21 pills and they start back up on it after 7 days off.
I prefer they get the injection good for 3 months and not have to rely on daily memory.

If you put a girl on the pill, you MUST spend a lot of time stressing to her how she absolutely must follow the specific dosage routine DAILY or it's ineffective.
They simply don't understand this, and think it's like a vitamin or a med for a headache. They also think they can save money by only taking one every 2nd day.
Be warned. I have made a study of filipinas' knowledge of their menstrual cycle and associated physiology and believe me their knowledge is rudimentary or zero.
The only absolutely safe method of birth control for a monger is for him to have a vasectomy. I had one at age 48 and now, pushing towards 70, I am still VERY active and always have been.

Posts: 3057Dg and SS, she is probably in the ball park then for 1500 P for pap smear and birth control. Thanks for your replies guys. You know how the Filipinas can stretch the truth though. They're adept liars. Many of them. Not all of course.

My squeeze reports recently paying 650 php for a pap smear. This was in Metro Manila, which might affect the price. 1500 could be upsell from the doctor or the girl, or limousine service to and from the doctor, or might also include testing for HPV, which is sometimes done simultaneously when the speculum is already in place. If trust is important, why not find a non-confrontational way to ask her about the price.
