Depends upon what time you land, how much of an inconvenience you are willing to put up with, and how much you want to spend. There are many ways to get there but the more common routes are:

Taxi; Charter service; Bus; Fly; Express; Grab; Boat. If you can narrow it down to time of day and what services I can give you a round about price and time. For example Taxi from NAIA straight up about 4K+tolls and about 4 hours during the day (traffic).

E, I know my caveat because I wrote it and it's exactly as I stated. If said monger finds a hottie in the age group he likes, then he should bang it and not worry what others think.
