The pharmacy down the road from NG and TL sells Cialis on the loose from a vial for around 200 pesos, if you buy quite a few you can get it for 150 pesos each and they worked just as good, they wrap them in a small plastic bag. If you buy the sealed strip form that comes 2 per box from other pharmacies they cost around 400 pesos each. (to the best of my memory they are all 20mg).

The ad in the photo shows 30 tablets of cialis generic for 500 pesos, that is 17 pesos each.

I found her in Sosua. Yes, she is a good talker. I post pictures to give people a general reminder of what you may see in Sosua, or for newbies or first timers, a general idea of what you may see or meet. I haven't been able to conduct chemical assays of the kind that some ISG members would want, but they work fine, and you can buy 4 tablets for 100 pesos to sample them if you are doubtful, but really you just need to see the smiles on the faces of the chicas.

Excellent breakfast for 200 pesos. The fruit salad is fresh cantaloupe, pineapple, and papaya, but in season you get mango too.

Looks great, breakfast is my favorite meal. The Mercure on El Conde has a 250 breakfast buffet, all you can eat and very good quality, they have eggs in a chafing dish by you can ask for eggs any way you like and the bacon is the best I've had in country and even most places in the states.

Looks like that place on the corner right before you walk down the hill to the beach, as usual, undercooked bacon. LOL But everything else looks familiar and very good!
