Hi, I'm 46 y.o., divorced (I get married at the age of 33 to a Thai woman of 30 y.o. which I met in my home country and separated after few month...) guy from Europe, I've been in Phls. some 60/70 times and I guess you're very serious in your doubts. Well, I did same, the woman there are really sensational FOR US!! I've seen & met guy's which lost all their money over there (womanly related) I've seen and met guys married which changed all of their attitudes and become completely addictedet to their wife, I',ve seen and met many of my poeple (expats) there in Philippines, well very very few are "really" happy with their choice, I guess the percentage of happy guys is the same as in your and (hopefully) my homeland. My personal point of view is that as higher the girl/woman social status & educational level is as more chances you have that thinks push trough on long term base (educated Filippinas are the real sensational ones..) since those girls/womans are not found in AC or in Edsa Complex...its on you to find the (hopefully) right one, definilty its possible - wish you the best

I'd like some advice, serious advice. I read that many of you are living in The Philippines and are foreigners.

What are you doing for work?

I want a change of scenery, burned out on Korea and Koreans. In fact, Koreans make it easy to hate them at times.

I'm from Hawaii, 40's, teaching SCUBA in korea and have for years. But koreans are their own worst enemy. The men or women.

It's not about fucking my way through the country or any country but finding a place comfortable to live out my years.

So, how are you guys making a living? How long can an American remain in the country before having to do a visa run? What are the ways around it?

How about the work situation? I suppose jobs don't pay much and it depends on ones skill.

Fill me in on any advice the country. Been to a few places in The Philippines over the years but never really connected.

I am 45, met and married a fillipina at 30/31, lasted for 13 yrs, however I am doubting that I should have married her at all.

The first point I would make is that the overwhelming majority of women are manipulators and liars out to separate you from your money.

Cases in point are my mother, who divorced my father at 22 yrs, and complained about him ever since and lives off his SS now that he is dead.

My sister, who cons every guy she meets and she and my mother talk about it, says men are sooo stupid.

My exwife, who would complain and throw tantrums and act like a baby whenever she didn't get her way. Then when she did get her way it was never good enough for her.

My advise would be to get a dog, so much more loyal than a woman would ever be.

Continue to fuck them and leave them, cause it sure isn't cheap to keep them.

Need advice from a wise man such as you, or any one in the room who's been around.

I'm 35 and been mongering the day I turned 18. Love the hunt, the exitement, the danger and everything that is about mongering. I've been in 7 countries and tried them all, but the PI is the best and that's another story. I work hard and spend ever penny on skins. Everyone around me preached on how I should get married and all that stufff. I had a few girl friends but no soul mate so I moved on, but as some point I have to surrender, right?

I really don't believe in family+mongering. I know many of you are either divorced or still connected. Should I stay the same or surrender? What's good about family life? since I have no such experience. Just throw in every you got guys! Really appreciate it.
