I think PW stands for Peng Wah Food Court. No need for the secrecy as MIB and the newspapermen knows about this place. Once a while you will read it in the papers....

It is located in Jln Pasar. Off Jln Pudu. But I dont feel comfortable with the place. A lot of old man around. Language barrier. Basically , their concept is selling kuaci and you will need to discuss further details with them.
