Based on the background, I'm guessing one of the more upscale places like Hotel Malioboro. Certainly not the Maribaya Spa (Hotel Melawai) or Kartika, neither of which have been renovated since Suharto was President.

Since he mentioned hotel and restaurant / club I suppose he meant the one on the corner of jl. Pantai Kuta (where it turns to the right when you reach the beach).

I was going through my old photos of chicks I pulled from the old Hard Rock Sarinah. Some true gems there! Since it moved to EX, it's been a garbage venue catering to the local Chinese and upper class indo teenagers. Gone are the days when we had that great pick up bar with hookers off to the right hand side of the Hard Rock. I used to go to the Hard Rock pretty much every single night when it was at Sarinah. That band they had that I believe was named Asia Reforms was awesome, and it was pretty standard for the bar to be pretty off the hook by 2am with people dancing on top of most of the tables and side bars. Nothing like that happened at EX. The Hard Rock at EX was a snooze fest and a good place to get blue balls. I can get that in the USA, I don't need to go to Jakarta to do it. I imagine with it moving to Pacific Place, it will be just as boring as it was at EX. They should have either moved it back to Sarinah, or moved it to Jalan Pelatehan.

The boobs are bigger than they look because she is chubby. I don't mind saggy if the size is there. Has been difficult to find large breasts in Bali on the street. (Yes I know Indonesia is not the place for them, but that is where I travel to.) Have asked street touts to supply big ones but the ones they have produced have ranged from average to tiny. Can't get them to supply to order. Part of their attitude to supply what they want to and only produce another if one objects. Still I shall return late this year and attempt to find some big ones.

I am visiting Jakarta for a week. Lined up two girls already. One of them wants $350USD for the entire period and unlimited sessions. She is 22, uni students.
